Barry from The Flash
In an alternate universe, Barry got the girl he’d been crushing on since before he even knew what a crush was. But when he time traveled to save the city from a tsunami, that life-changing moment he shared with Iris was erased from the timeline. Still, we think there’s hope for Barry and Iris because if there’s anything we’ve learned from The Flash, it’s that the future is ever changing.
Simon from Shadowhunters
Simon knows all too well the pain of being close but not close enough to his one true love. He's super into his best friend Clary, who unfortunately likes someone else. When she tells him, "What would I do without you?" you can see the joy in his eyes at being valued and appreciated, but also the hurt at the knowledge that she only sees him as a friend.
Alec from Shadowhunters
Can you be friend-zoned if you can't even admit to yourself that you like someone? Such is the case with Alec, who’s trying to deny his feelings for Jace, his parabatai a.k.a. lifelong partner in crime. The parabatai bond runs deep, and for Alec, it's much deeper than he’s willing to admit. With Clary catching Jace's eye and being part of their tight-knit group so quickly, it's no wonder Alec is being moodier than usual!
Boone from Scream Queens
Boone is Chad's best friend, best bro, and best wingman, but he wanted to be much more than that. You’ve got to hand it to him for trying to make things happen, though, and accepting the situation when Chad said he could only offer bro-ship.
Winn from Supergirl
Here's another guy who had the courage to confess his feelings to the person he likes—unfortunately, the only feelings that Kara a.k.a. Supergirl has for him are the platonic kind. We totally understand Winn for asking for space while he licked his wounds, but it looks like he and Kara are starting to become friends again. Their friendship may never be the same again, but it's possible that it can be even stronger.
