Back in 2013, Taylor Swift claimed that DJ David Mueller groped her at a pre-concert meet-and-greet when they were taking a picture. The former DJ lost his job after the accusation and now sued Taylor for 3 million dollars saying that her statements were false and that she ruined his career. With this. Taylor issued a countersuit for 1 dollar.

Recently, Taylor took the stand and addressed the court to testify for the first time and says, "He grabbed my ass underneath my skirt. It was underneath my skirt." Buzzfeed reports that Mueller's lawyer suggested she should have "taken a break if she was distressed." And Tay fires back, "And your client could have taken a normal photo with me."

CNN reports that Tay is present in the courtroom for every day of the trial and that she hopes her presence and participation will "serve as an example to other women who may resist publicly reliving similar outrageous and humiliating acts." And for that, we support you, Tay! (via teenvogue.com)

She's here! If you don't know who we're talking about, Ian Somerhalder and Nikki Reed's baby girl named Bodhi Soleil is finally here. Nikki gave birth to Bodhi on July 25. Reports of the baby only came out now that she's two weeks old because the couple planned to be completely off the grid once Bodhi was born. Nikki told Fit Pregnancy & Baby magazine, "We'll take the baby's first month for ourselves. After the baby arrives, we're doing one month of silence. Just the three of us, no visitors, and we're turning off our phones too." It must be hard to be celebrity parents but Nikki continues, "You don't get those first 30 days back, and we want to be fully present." Read new dad Ian's adorable caption for his daughter here! Kylie Jenner is now 20 and her surprise birthday party had an ice sculpture of her butt! LOL, if that's not extra, we don't know what is. Oh yeah, there were balloons, a chocolate fountain, and the dessert was Kylie's face in a wacky pose. The fun part is, Kylie posted on Snapchat how she ate her own eye. How meta. Happy birthday, King Kylie! (via seventeen.com)
