Thinking of cool, fun, and unique things to do with your other half can be a little tiring and sometimes difficult. Don't worry, Candy Girls, we've got something fit for the movies just for you! We were able to make a list of date ideas based on some of our fave rom-coms. Check them out!

 1  10 Things I Hate About You

Remember that scene where Kat breaks Patrick out of detention and they row to a paintball field? Well, we love it, and we think that going on a paintball date would be both thrilling, romantic, and super colorful!

 2  50 First Dates

This one wasn't exactly a date, but you have to agree with us that it was absolutely adorable! Henry Roth (Adam Sandler) tried to grab the attention of the very beautiful Lucy Whitmore (Drew Barrymore) who was sitting alone in a café and was making a house made of waffles. Henry helped her out by putting a toothpick to create a door for the waffle house. You two could totally have a waffle or pancake date in the comfort of your own homes! Make some waffles, watch a movie, and let the good times roll.

 3  The Notebook

Do you recall that dangerously comedic yet sweet scene where Ryan Gosling's character asks Allie (played by Rachel McAdams) out on a date while hanging by one hand on the top of a ferris wheel? No, we don't want you to do that! Why not visit an amusement park together? A mix of spooky, breathtaking, and romantic rides await you and your date!

 4  Pitch Perfect 2

We knew that there were sparks between Amy and Bumper. We just didn't know when they'd finally admit it. Amy finally did so while canoeing towards Bumper and serenading him. Why not try a relaxing boat ride or cruise? Not into boats? Then follow Bumper and have a romantic dinner with a pretty lake view.

 5  The Silver Linings Playbook

Bradley Cooper and Jennifer Lawrence join a dance competition in this movie. You can try a dance workshop with your other half. It's great fun, plus it keeps you fit and healthy!

6  The Fault In Our Stars

Hazel and Gus went on an adventure of a lifetime and traveled together an you and your special someone can do that too! It doesn't have to be out of the country and all that. Why not spend a day in Batangas or Tagaytay? Surely, you'll have some memorable moments to photograph and paste in your scrapbook.

 7  My Best Friend's Wedding

Oh, yes. That karaoke scene. Julia Roberts forced Cameron Diaz to sing, and let's just say she wasn't the best singer in the room. Cameron still gave it her all, and that's what made Michael fall in love. Karaoke is an undeniably fun thing to try and a great way to spend time with the one you love. No need to be awkward, just give it your all! He'll surely appreciate it.

 8  500 Days of Summer

Remember when Summer and Tom visit the Ikea store? Wasn't that the most adorable thing ever? You and your boyfie can do something cute together too! Go to a museum, visit a cat or dog café, or try out the different things food trucks have to offer.

 9  The Cutting Edge

Yes, this movie is about the Winter Olympics. Yes, it's about professional figure skaters. No, you don't have to be a pro to have fun on the ice. Ice skating is really cool (both literally and figuratively) and is also a great way to bond with your date. Imagine, you'll be gliding on ice with your ultimate crush with the Frozen soundtrack in the background. How cute is that?

10  The Perks of Being A Wallflower

Who can forget the scene where they all drive through a tunnel and discovered the much-coveted feeling of being infinite? That was absolutely priceless. You and your date can go on a roadtrip to wherever! Play your fave songs, chat, and just get to know each other more. You two might just feel infinite for a moment.
