Water...ay yay yay... di pa naman ako mahilig uminom ng tubig pero dapat mahilig tayo diba for our health. Ayoko kasi ng lasa ng tubig eh pero kelangan.

I wanna have clearer skin and better health so I tried this... I starter to drink almost 14 glasses of water a day (no joke)... Haha... pero right now, wla pa akong nanonotice na effect.. pero I know that time will come... hehe...

Sabi nila pangdiet rin daw and water... bago kayo kumain, inom muna 1 glass para feeling nyo busog na kayo.. so konti lang makain nyo na food... mukhang effective naman din :)...

btw, there's a myth ata na if you drink lots and lots of water.. you can't get pregnant ;D lolx.. sounds unbelievable ;D

im starting to be a water fan na! hehehe.. i started water therapy today, as in tubig, tubig, tubig lang then pag mafefeel kong im starving, inom ako milo.. halos di na ako kumain today since di naman ako nagugutom, i know its bad but im really desperate! hehehe.. hope it works! ;)

ingat lang, bka kase maging anorexic ka.

I think it is really effective kasi it has the ability to make you feel full if you drink a lot of water before and while you are eating. It will make you eat less talaga. Pero better rin if you will drink hot calamansi juice to burn some oils that you had from the meal. :)

If you can't count how many glasses of water you already take, try this..

after every meal, drink 3 glasses of water. That's for breakfast, lunch, merienda and dinner. For a total of 12 glasses a day :)

I'm not much of a water person but since I get dehydrated easily (most especially now that I'm on a diet), I now take atleast 8 glasses of water each day. My pills make me feel dry so easily.

nanay ko lagi sinasabi "Uminom ka ng maraming tubig!" lagi yan. kaya nasanay ako ng hindi nagsosoftdrinks eh. haha
