Yup, I lost 7 pounds after a week of religiously following the routine.

Really? Nu gnawa mo nung week na un.. Bale, puro tubig lng at wla nang ibang inumin?? Grabe ah.. hehe!

pero hindi din tumagal kasi nasusuka na ako sa water... hehehe

Method of Treatment (Water Therapy)

1.   As you wake up in the morning before brushing teeth, drink four glasses of water each of 160 ml.
2.   Brush and clean the mouth but do not eat or drink anything for 45 minutes.
3.   After 45 minutes you may eat and drink as normal.
4.   After 15 minutes of breakfast, lunch and dinner do not eat or drink anything for two hours.
5.   Those who are old or sick and are unable to drink four glasses of water at the beginning may commence by taking little water and gradually increase it to four glasses per day.
6.   The above method of treatment will cure diseases of the sick and others can enjoy a healthy life.

The following list gives the number of days of treatment required to cure main diseases:
1.   High blood Pressure – 30 days
2.   Gastric -10 days
3.   Diabetes – 30 days
4.   Constipation – 10 days
5.   Cancer – 180 days
6.   TB – 90 days

ako kasi ang ginagawa ko talaga puro water lang ang iniinom ko at hindi softdrinks. hindi ko sinusunod yung method na before and after breakfast/meal, basta ang mas mahalaga ay 8 glasses ng water or more than ang mainom ko everyday.

Hey. I started last week(after posting here) and i think it works for me! I still eat regularly. After waking up, I drink 1000ml of water and during break, i still eat what i eat before and a 500 ml of water(insetad of iced tea). Same as lunch, another 500ml. Then dinner, i don't eat rice anymore. Just the ulam and lots of water nalang!

Well yes, the water is nakakasuka, just what Jercyl said. Try to drink the water straight. And you won't be able to taste the bitterness of it. :D

I don't know if i lost weight already.
The important is it's cleansing my body.

yup, ganyan din ginagawa ko.. as in water lang ang iniinom ko. i try to drink 8 glasses of water a day din.. :)

hey, i tried this last summer.. i made my own water therapy by drinking as much water as i can before eating (not the type that i wanna throw up already) and lots and lots of water before going to bed... i lost like ten pounds in a week (yep, without exercise - it was summer! bumming time)

napilitan akong gwin to since when i accompanied my mom in cebu i gained like more than 10 pounds and i was so overweight. pro ok cya, effective. healthy pa. :D

yup...ganun nga...dati nga sanay talaga ko uminom ng sobrang daming water e..that time di ko pa alam yung water therapy na yan...then when I found out na yun pala yung reason kung bakit payat ako nun kasi super nabubusog talaga ko sa water...effective....healthy pa sa katawan yung water...unlimited....eheheh and yung di paginom ng softdrinks...buti na lang bawal sakin softdrinks...kaya dagdag bawas....

you should drink water atleast 8-10 glasses a day..it will make your skin clearer..and at the same time, di pa lagi masama pakiramdam mo kasi pag umihi ka, lalabas din yung dumi mo sa katawan..kaya nakakaganda daw yung water therapy..
