yeah. this diet is effective. ang mga ideal people who must try this diet is mga mababagal ang metabolism. Ako na-try ko na ito and i promise, it works. but it is very important na sabayan mo siya ng self-control and excercise to have maintenance.

i'm losing self control, kumain na naman ako ng dinner @8pm waa noo! Hahaha, nangangayayat na ako pero eto lumamon na nman ako. toinks! altho i only eat oatmeal sa brunch (yup brunch po yan) tapos biskwet then candy in between meals or juice or water.. haha

yes, this is really effective. and kung sasabayan ng exercise, mas okay. na try ko na to eh. may times na kailangan ka talagang magpigil sa pagkain. ;D para makuha mo yung gusto mo.

I think it depends on how much amount of food you consume..... pwede naman kumaen ng lagpas 6 pm basta yung food not high in calories. Calories kasi nakakataba...

i haven't tried it pero there are a lot of studies and also famous persons who approved that it is really effective.

kaso ang alam ko para magawa mo sya ng tama dapat you'll eat a heavy breakfast :) kaya parang big NO na rin tong diet technique na to sakin dahil I don't eat breakfast :(

is it really effective?

i really eat kasi, and i need to lose weight. even people say that i have no discipline and self-control.

i'll try it for a few weeks, but does it have to include exercise? i'm quite lazy.

yea!

i actually tried it without me knowing and i lost like 4 punds in 2 weeks

kasi lagi akong puyat nun and ang aga ko kumakain para aral nalang all the way tapos un i lost weight :D

pero i gained them all back this summer  :( ;D

It should be effective because 'pag gabi kasi, our bodies are supposed to be resting, esp pag late night to the wee hours of dawn. If consume ka ng consume ng food sa gabi when you're metabolism is slower, tataba ka talaga, and vise versa. Kaya nga raw sabi na yung mga nagwowork ng graveyard/night shift tumataba. And the viscosity of your blood during this time din is thicker. so I guess, slower distribution.

after 6 pm dapat hindi na pwedeng kumain? even kahit CRACKERS LANG AND ICED TEA? hindi pwede?! yung remaining hours before 6 pm ba dapat may limit? I mean kunwari sa lahat ng meals mo yung breakfast,lunch at dinner ba dapat walang rice or konti lang?! pano yung snack during that time... ano yung dapat na hindi pwedeng kainin or inumin sa diet na toh?! and pano po ba yung SOUTH BEACH DIET?!
 
 sorry po kung tanong ako ng tanong... hehehe desperate po talaga akong pumayat kasi tumataba ako kahit 13 pa lang ako.... answer po kayo thanx and I give you YAY!

after 6 is kumain ka ng regular sa breakfast and lunch. (heavy breakfast para you`ll eat less sa lunch) and you don`t eat after 6. pwede siguro iced tea, pero water nalang para mas healthy, kasi after 6, mahina na ang metabolism mo, and hindi na magdidigest ang food na kakainin mo after 6. :)
