yah OPRAH sed it was effective Kris Aquino also seconded it. so y wud dey recommend it if di xa effective db?

ako di ko kya yun.. hav no discipline wen it cums 2 food.. hv 2 hv my midnyt snak or il go crazy..

depends on how much u gonna eat b4 6.....i mean if u eat healthy foods...siguro effective yun....but if ur gonna eat a lot and i mean A LOT b4 6 walang magiging effect ang after 6 mo

yup.........super effective nito.........I remember eto yung ginamit ng friend ko nung HS.....nung 1st year kami ang taba-taba nya I thik nasa 100 lbs ata sya nun.....then after 2 months vacation nung pasukan nagulat kami di n nmin sya makilala as in ang laki ng pinayat nya I think mga 55-60 n lng ata weigth nya nun...........She's a girl..........Then my another boy classm8 envy kaya gumaya rin sya he started nung christmas vacation ata ang alam ko 2 weeks lng yun and malaki rin yung ipinayat nya 10 lbs ata pinayat nya............I think you really need disipline here if you want to try it..........

sabi effective din daw..

meron kasi dito samin pumayat nung after 6 xa.tama sila.kailngan mo rin ng disciplne pag nag after 6 ka, gudluck!
