Taekwondo! :D :D ;D I very much love it! Before I was a lampa. But when I engaged in this sport, I became the strongest in class and even my discipline and self-confidence were boosted! I became fit because of this sport! Must-try it! ;)

I like running. I usually go for a run everyday on the treadmill or on the 1KM circuit in Polo Club. Actually I'm so excited to give my new awesome rubbershoes a break in today so maybe I will go for a spin tonight after work.  :)

I'mma tennis gal but i also like swimming, badminton, cycling and skating(both ice and roller-blades).

running! pinaka-simple at mura... you just need shoes and a place to run. walang ibang gears or equipment na kailangan.
