recently, i tried this strategy for 6 days since somebody gave us a box of big apples for the holidays. :)

BREAKFAST: half an apple. slice it into bite size para mas hindi nakakatamad kainin.
the other half? put it in a plate or somewhere (sliced na din) then store in the ref.
LUNCH (12:00): get the other half of the apple from the ref and eat it. you may leave some for snack at 2:00 or 3:00PM whenever you feel hungry.
DINNER(6:00pm): a cracker or a slice of bread or some fruits.

DRINK LOTS OF WATER para mabawasan yung pagkagutom. i lost 6 lbs in 6 days... :) mahirap lang siya on the first 3 days. pero when 4th day comes, hindi mo na masiyado mararamdaman yung gutom. parang nasanay ka na sa ganung lifestyle :)

and STAY AWAY FROM RICE, MEAT, SWEETS, or kahit anong mataas sa sugar at mahirap idigest.

1 week lang naman eh. :)

and after this, wag niyo bibiglain yung stomach by eating normally on the 7th or 8th day. gradual yung pagdagdag ng food intake. :)

This is what i do everyday:

Early Mornin, umiinum aq nan maraming tubig, tapos.. nagbi-bike aq for 30mins. Then I take Slenda 10mins before I eat.
BREAKFAST: 2 pcs. of Wheatbread and Viand ( i dont eat meats and deep fried food, usually Vegetables or Fish ).
LUNCH: Slenda 10 mins parin before kumain, tapos, 2 pcs. of Wheatbread and Oatmeal.
DINNER: Slenda 10mins before kain, Oatmeal nlan.
Tas Water Therapy kasi dahil sa kakainum nan tubig di nq nagugutom masyado and NO-RICE Diet nq. Di nmn aq nagki crave nan sweets tsaka junkfoods and softdrinks. Kasi sa kanin lan nmn aq mahilig before kaya lumaki aq. :D Yan akin everyday. But Kakaumpisa q pa lan sa ganyang set up. Ok lan ba yan? Or me mali sa ginagawa q? :)

I've always had body issues since I was young. Syempre naman, when your older sister is skinnier and smaller than you, nakakainsecure mas lalo na kung laging pinopoint out ng relatives mo na ang taba taba mo. First time akong nag start mag diet, grade 4 ako.

Haha. So yun, yung isang classmate ko niyaya akong mag-gym pero hindi rin namin na keep up yun kasi nga busy sa school. But nung summer I continued and ayun, by start ng 4th year ko(this SY) yung dating weight ko na 150lbs bumaba sa 132lbs. Di ba, ang saya?

..................kaso nga lang, may sakit ako ngayon and na-gain back ko lahat...sobra pa nga eh. Kaya, I need support  :D Over na talaga.

sometimes we need someone to encourage us to do something, kasi if we just keep on wishing  na mangyari ang gusto nating mangyari, di talaga mangyayari yun,

here's my story:

payat ako ng highschool but then college nung nabroken hearted.. ayun , pig out, my friends were really shocked, to the point na pag wala akong magawa kumakain nalang ako, (btw, i naturally have a big appetite, meaning.. lalong grumabe).. my pants turned from 26 to 32, tapos napapansin ko na sa picture sa gimikan na parang ako yung pinakamalaki sa mga friends ko, kaya before mag third year pinursigi ko talaga sarili ko.. crash diet at kung ano ano pa.. nasubukan ko na.. though mahirap sa simula

but here's my tip:

;) hope this helps mga sis!

i want to try this.

anyway,here's my story.
First 6 mos of 2011, I was 50kg.
Then my sister came from abroad nung  sept. Ayun, mas maraming kainang naganap. Matakaw yung ate ko,almost everyday lumalabas kami to eat.
Nung nag nov, 55kg na ko. And hindi ako sanay ng gnung katawan! So ayun ang ginawa ko nag sit ups ako every morning bago kumain, tapos dance 20 mins twice a week. Sa hapon naman i play badminton with my younger cousins.
this summer, i expect to lose another 3 or 5 kg dahil magbboard ako for ojt this april and may, limitado ang pagkain kaya for sure mglloose ako ng weight.
Basta ang tip lang is to stay active.
Try to search about 900 calorie diet.

but i tell you sis, for the first three days wala ka talagang energy :) kaya don't try this on normal days. hahaha :) ang maintenance ko ngayon is no rice diet. but if i want to lose more, i remove meat, sweets and cold drinks for 5 days. :) just 5 days, more than that, hindi na kaya ng powers ko. i'll be craving for those things na. :) basta determination talaga sis :) as of today, i've lost 12 pounds na (3 months pa lang ) :)

Re: CNO DITO MGA PUMAYAT TLGA?? KHT 10LBS? TELL UR STORY HERE
« Reply #612 on: April 11, 2012, 06:50:06 am »
i'm no really expert in this topic pero I want to help all of you, kaya here it goes..
my weight before was 180 lbs (woah!)  :o Yah!!! and now I my weight is 116 lbs.
it took me 3 years pero tumitigil ako kasi napapagalitan ako ng parents ko and na tito ko na doctor.  ;)
I've tried everything, I even went through being bulimic and anorexic, but it didn'do me any good. I swear!!  :'(
So what I did was I excercised regularly, simply walking or dancing for 30 mins would do, pero kapag nagsawa ka na or if it feels very easy for you, you might want to add more activities or find an alternative. I had dancing, kickboxing (the one in vidoes), and jump rope  :) basta more on cardio, pero don't forget to do some strechings before and after the activities, kasi it serves as the warm-up and the cool down part para di sumakit yung muscles mo after.

when it comes to my eating habbits, i've lessen my intake of carbos; I didn't ate rice or half a cup would do. Then when it comes to the viand, i avoided fried and salty foods; it's either baked, grilled, boiled or fresh for the vegetables. Tapos I avoided pizzas, fries, potato chips or junk foods, and sodas kasi for me it just adds up to my weight, kaya ngayon I've simply don't have the taste for it. Tapos lessen yung intake ng sweets. When it comes to drinks naman I drink 8-12 glasses of water a day.. I don't really count them, but every time I'd drink water mga 2 glasses agad, tska before, during and after having a meal drink water kasi it would make feel full. Try mo rin mag green tea kasi it helps your body to have a good metabolism. You might try after six na rin.

And lastly, never give up!.. if you're really seriouse of what you're doing  don't! kasi wala ring mangyayari kung susuko ka. think positive and believe in yourself. Think it this way.. walang ibang tutulong or makakatulong
s'yo kundi ikaw lng. Pills and other slimmings stuff might work faster but you'll also gain weight after. :D ;D
It might be hard sa umpisa, pero you'll get used to it. :)

Godbless..

so far, ito yung pinakathe BEST na advice na nabasa ko!Thank you sis. ;*

I'm blessed to be  an ectomorph with a fast metabolism, so diet isn't a problem with me. I do have friends though who's into this problem too. What I advise them usually is about the usana products that i'm distributing. they did lose weight, edge lang nito mga sis is that this is a healthy way to lose weight because your body nutrition isn't compromised :) average is 1olbs after 7 days. here's the link if you want to know more. :) -- http://www.facebook.com/media/set/?set=a.10150746801554700.426706.842044699&type=1
