nakakatanda rin ng skin ang paninigarilyo..
ako naninigarilyo but i want to stop it na. so far, nakakaya ko
naman siya kaya lang minsan natetemp pa rin ako lalo na ung
boyfriend ko smoker din. peer pressure!lol.. but improving na
ako. napipigilan ko na siya medyo-medyo..

ako before, nag ssmoke pero i just couldnt stand the smell of my breath. dati kapag nag ssmoke ako, i always gargle with oracare. hindi rin kasi kaya ng toothbrush lang. pero nag quit na din ako. hindi rin kasi talaga siya okay sa health. lagi kong cinacatch yung breath ko dati nung nag ssmoke. so, ako din i dont recommend na mag smoke lalo na kung bata pa.
