Hi there mga sis, alam ko some of our are busy with our work/school and we sometimes neglect the symptoms we feel in our eyes. but I'm sure we have time to check our facbook.

question about my eyes. madalas kasi pag nag change weather eg sunny tapos biglang uulan. lumalabo eyes ko tapos bigla sasakit ulo ko. ano kaya cause nun?

Yes and we must go for the eyes checkup timely as they are the most sensitive part of the body and needs much care .

Ako near sighted. Pahirapan talaga pag wala akong suot na eyeglasses sa classroom kahit nasa unahan na ko. Pero pag nasa outdoor naman eh di ko sinusuot, di  kasi ako komportable. Pero yun nga.. dapat akong magsanay. Computer Course pa naman ako, mahirap na .hehe

sis advice ko na you should wear your eye glasses all the time. to help your eyes, once na hindi mo suot mas na sstress yung eye mo the higher are the chances na tataas ang eye grade mo. lalo na pag nagbabaso (books, newspaper, text messages, email) or  watching movie (tv, theater) or games

Ung friend ko, malabo ung mata nya as in 200/200.. Pero ngtake sya nung visionex ba un, after nya maka isang bottle, sumakot ung ulo nya, un pala, d na ksi bagay sa kanya ung salamin nya, bumaba ung grade ng mata nya sa 175. Galing nga eh, recommended daw ksi un sa us ngsyon pati prof ko, ngttake na din nun

^galing nga nun pero i think better to consult an eye doctor para cgurado yung gamot na ininum. baka kasi may side effects yun na hnd natin alam.

Yup, tama naman.. Pero it doesnt have side effects caus it's vitamins. Ngttake na nga dn ako ngayon eh. even if u search it sa net, wala syang negative feedbacks. Nakakatuwa nga eh. Although its a bit bit pricey, i think worth it naman
