Both are uso but i need to pick one lang for my tita's birthday party. Instead of scouring the malls and stores for outfits, i decided to browse for stuff online. I asked my friends for help din and one of them sent me this - https://www.facebook.com/photo.php?fbid=369666809772421&set=a.311566252249144.71418.307884729283963&type=1 and now I can't decide between the polka dot top or the ruffled top. What do you think?

Go for the ruffled top. It looks much dressier and more suited for a party. The polka dot top is an everyday wear, nothing special about it.
