but there are always exceptions. and it's not like every single white man is rich.

Merong kinwento sa amin si Mama about a Filipina na nag asawa ng puti. Kala daw nung babae rich yung guy pag dating daw ng US yun bahay pala trailer van/ mobile home. Maayos naman na tirahan ang trailer van at least may bahay, pero syempre diba mostly iniimagine natin na mansion yung mga bahay ng mga puti na nagbabakasyon sa pinas. Ayan! minalas yung babae.

well. i am dating a foreigner. 3 years now.

we met at film school and just hit it off, but i do know what you guys mean. there are times when i'd get looks from women just for hanging out with him at malls here. kind of embarrassing, but then again, i used to judge women like that too... now i just don't give a fuuck.

an underage chick comes walking by with an old crusty white dude? good for him, good luck to her.

^ may mga mababaet na amerikano. but american girls are totally different animals. ni minsan hindi ako pumatol ng kana during my university days in NYC. di ko trip ugali. (well, on the other hand, wala din naman kasing kana na papatol saken  )

also don't generalize the American girls. i've got a lot of friends who are Americans, and a lot of them are girls. they're just the same as anyone else. i'd say they're probably nicer and more mature than a lot of girls i know here.

Ang awkward lang na may makitang ganun sa mall. Tapos yung Pinay ang ayos te parang may parada. Nakakawindang. Hay nako. Sabi nga nung sa radyo dati..

"Nung nagkaboyfriend ako na foreigner at sinabi ko sa nanay ko yun, ang unang nasabi niya sa akin, 'Bakit anak, pangit ka ba?'"  Hahaha.

Kidding aside, wala na tayo kung nagmamahalan sila. Maganda lang talaga si ate sa asawa o jowa niya kaya ganun. Kahit naman dito lang sa atin kahit napakasakit na sa mata ng kasama ng isang tao, para sa kanya yun ang pinakamaganda o gwapo. Kanya kanyang trip lang yan.

baka concern lang sila na nawawala na ang essence ng pagiging isang dalagang pilipina? tipong tingin nila nagiging corrupted ang utak ng isang dalagang pilipina kapag foreigner ang dinedate nila. lol

diba mayroong latest issue tunkol dun sa diplomat na "nanrape" kuno ng isang pinay...pero nung nakita ung CCTV ng laplapan nila sa elevator,  yung halik nung babae ay akala mo  kng sinong uhaw na aso na hindi nakainom ng isang linggo.

Anyway, as I was tuning my radio I suddenly heard "Papa Jack's Radio show" as he was scolding a Filipino who cheated her Korean husband. She can't let go of her husband because the Korean helped her family. She wanted to escape her Korean husband with their daughter and went away with her Pinoy lover. She said that her husband didn't do anything wrong. @@!#$%^ Sama ng ugali.

And there's a barrio in Visayas (featured in Kapuso mo, Jessica Soho) wherein everyone is hooked of marrying a foreigners. Even parents, parang binubugaw (they see to it walang galos/peklat yung mga dalaga nila) na nila mismo yung mga anak nilang dalaga. They're really wishing having a daughter kasi "PANINIWALA DAW NILA, MAIIAANGAT SILA SA KAHIRAPAN" pag nakapagasawa ng foreigners.


Tuloy nakikilala ang Pilipina as mukang pera.

Pero sabi nga nila Foreigners love exotic beauties, kaya nga siguro walang pumatol saking foreigner    HAHAHAHAHA

I wanna share this experience... was walking behind two teens sa mall at sa unahan ay may napakasweet na pinay at foreigner. The guy seemed really old for her. When the two teens were near them, they shouted (hindi direct sa kanila) in a parinig way, "Kapit nang mahigpit te! Dollars yan!"

The filipina, who understood, was a bit embarrassed. Or guilty, perhaps?
These days, mahirap na talagang sabihin kung saan ka maniniwala or mandidiri.
We can say na it's their life anyway, pero it will reflect talaga to Filipinas kaya nakakalungkot talaga most of the times.

Thats wishful thinking. some people just need to vent out on others about things that they do not have.
