Paulit-ulit kong naririnig yung mga salitang yun from Jacob, parang nakikita ko pa nga yung mga mata niya na malungkot eh. Nagulat talaga ako sa mga sinabi niya, mahal niya ako?

Nakatulog na lang ako kakaisip sa mga nangyari ngayong araw na 'to.

Kinabukasan..

Papunta na ako sa school, pagpasok ko ng room namin nandun na yung teacher.. Late na ba ako? Ugh. Kala ko maaga pa eh.

"Good morning ma'am, good morning classmates. Sorry I'm late."

Nag-greet na lang ako, kesa naman mapagalitan di'ba?

"It's okay. You may now go to your seat."

"Okay ma'am."

Himala? Di yata badmood tong si Ma'am.

And yun nga, umupo na lang ako sa proper seat ko. Ganun at ganun lang naman routine ko eh, pinagkaiba lang ngayon di ako nasigawan ni Ms. Terror

"As I was saying, you'll have a mini-concert this week. (blahblahblah) Who wants to join?"

Every year nalang ganyan, ayaw ko ng sumali ngayong year na to. Ganun at ganun lang naman yun eh. Kaso..

"Ms. Reyes, I'm requiring you to join ok?"

"But---"

"No but's. Kailangang sumali ka, magaling kang kumanta eh. Please?"

"Ugh. Ok ma'am."

"And you, Mr. Ortega."

"Po?"

"You must join to this concert ok?"

"Yes ma'am."

Kasasabi ko lang na ayaw kong sumali eh. Psh.

"So, sinong mga gustong sumali? May screening mamaya, pumunta na lang kayo sa auditorium mamaya."

ALL: "Yes ma'am." (except me and Josh)

At ako? Di na ako pinapapunta dun, bakit? Kilala naman na daw ako eh, tsaka for sure tanggap na ako dun. And.. pati pala si Josh kasali.

Busy kaming lahat ngayong month na to. Kasi madami kaming kailangang ayusin at gawin, like yung concert na yun..

Oo nga pala, di kami nagpapansinan ni Jacob. Anyways, bahala na. Pero sasali din ata siya para dun sa concert thingy na yun, ang alam ko matatanggap yun.

Why? E kasi naman po, talented yung lalaking yun. Marunong sa lahat, swerte no?

Jacob's POV

Langya! Naamin ko tuloy sa kanya ng wala sa oras. Tss.

Btw, I'm Jacob John Uy. Half chinese, half filipino.. Sabi nila, talented daw ako, but sige na nga. Maniniwala na ako!

Ngayon naman papunta na ako sa auditorium, bakit? Sasali ako sa concert, every year merong ganun. Ewan ko nga kung para saan yun eh.

Bakit ako sasali? Kasi narinig kong kasali din doon si Pat, syempre pa-pogi points ako.

Opo, mahal ko na si Pat. Ewan ko kung paano o kailan, basta ang alam ko mahal ko siya.

Gulo ko eh no?

Well, well. At eto ako ngayon, nasa tapat ng auditorium, pagpasok ko dun.. Nakita ko yung Carla na karibal ni Pat kay Josh. Marunong ba tong kumanta??

At yun na nga, isa-isa ng nag-audition.. Tapos nung turn na nun Carla, pinakinggan ko.. Bakit? Wala lang

Ito ang kinanta niya..

Natapos na niya yung song, madaming pumalakpak. Bakit? Ang ganda ng boses niya! Tapos napa-iyak pa siya nun habang kinakanta yun, bakit kaya? Para kanino kaya yung kantang yun?

At yun, natapos ko na. Kung tatanungin niyo po ako kung ito yung kakantahin ko sa concert ang sagot ko ay, hindi.

Yan lang kasi ang naisip kong pang-screening eh. Pero di yan ang kakantahin ko sa mismong concert, iba lapa. Pero di ko pa alam kung ano.

"We'll just post the names on the bulletin board para sa mga naka-pasa sa audition for concert.”

Pagkatapos nun, lumabas na kami. Pagkalabas na pagkalabas ko ng auditiorium..
