Bakit ibang lalake hanggang paramdam lang?

bakit ba ganyan ibang lalake? magpaparamdam tapos d naman manliligaw. ???

magsasabe ng konting sweet things na di naman nya cnasabe at ginagawa sa iba tapos di naman manliligaw porke ba tumatawa lang ako pag sinasabe nila un? :(

Considering that guys' personalities differ, I'm under the impression that it's either he's holding back and still mulling things over, taking things slow, or just not that interested.
