Read and cry.. hindi kayo nagiisa.. ako.. 24 y.o na ko.. pero andun parin yung pain na big girl na ako so hindi na ako dapat mag act ng ganito.. pero ngyari na kasi kaya sumasabay na lang ako sa agos... 4 years kami .. nag post din ako dito sa thread about samin before.. at naghiwalay nung may 2012. tanggapin natin.. yun lang siguro yung magpapalaya satin.. mahirap pero walang Choice.. after all.. si God ang may plano.. nasa atin yun kung paano natin iha-handle.. nafifeel ko din lahat.. lalo na kung may what if? questions na.. :s

Mine is recent lang so what i did was i cried for like 3 days then the following weeks sobrang down then cry again and then i told myself na 'okay, tama na. He's not worth it' - I know its not easy but if you'll see the bright side of the break up which means you have all the time to meet amazing people, you don't have to ask permission to anyone about anything and you have all the time to improve yourself. Just think na someone deserves you and someone is out there waiting for you. Cheer up ladies!

You  can focus on other things and don't mind that guy remember that there are many fishes in the sea. You could also have fun and avoid getting alone because it may lead you to think of your memories together and just cry.

dealing with a heartbreak is one of the hardest thing to do. It makes you keep on wishing to go back all the memories, reminisce. reminisce. but dealing with them is not easy but for me, keep telling yourself that there's so many guy out there, ok lang naman ang umiyak kasi part yun nang sakit e. focus yourself into something like study, go out with your friends and meet other people, dont mind the things that cause you depression or maalala mo lang yung pain. mag adventure ka ng ibang bagay.

It's not easy to deal with it... coz there's no easy solution to moving on... but first things first... cut all communication with the person... I KNOW IT's gonna be hard... but it's one of the surefire ways to coping with HEARTBREAK....
