^ wala bang side effects yan?  tried drinking slimming teas before pero sumasakit stomach ko tapos parang laging gutom yung feeling ko. kaya natakot ako nag stop na ako for 2 months.

ang suggestione sakking eat healthy nalang like instead of normal bread mag wheat bread daw ako like yung sandwiches sa sandwich guy. tapos include fruits and veggies daw on my diet. well sinunod ko yun pumayat naman ako but since mag Christmas nanaman natatakot ako baka tumaba ulit ako.

I've tried Brazilian Slimming Coffee, I lost like almost 5kgs in 2 weeks..
kaso nung nag-stop ako, nadouble pa yung bumalik na weight.. 
kaya, yoko na nito, and everytime may naamoy akong similar sa coffee na 'to,
Like yung sa Jimm's ata yun, I feel nauseated..

I also tried Curvy, eto ung orange juice.. not effective for me..
walang nangyare.. 


mai mairerecommend ba kayong uber effective?

Takot na din ako gumamit ng mga ganito kasi may rebound effect nga daw sabi ng gym instructor ko before. Kasi nagtaka siya buglang laki ko daw. Hahaha


CarbTrim ata effective kaso sobrang expesive for 6 sticks na 2x/day ang inom.

Alam nyo po ba yung RED JUICE? Kasi po nirecommend ng kuya ko sakin yun. Sa Mercury Drug daw po pwedeng mabili. Eh dahil sa sobrang gusto kong pumayat, nagbabalak akong bumili. Kaso expensive eh kaya di pa ako bumibili.

Tsaka gusto ko po ng advice nyo about dun sa Red Juice kung alam nyo. Tsaka po nakita ko din kasi sa Mercury Drugg nakalagay na LOSING WEIGHT WITHOUT SKIPPING MEALS tapos RED JUCIE yung nirerecommend.

Most slimming products do have rebound effects.  I stopped because I may have liver problems already.  Recently, just to aid to my diet, I took diet tea, and it helps prevent water retention.

Ano po yung mas mabilis mag-lose ng weight? Slimming Coffee or Pretty Model?

Can anyone suggest other slimming pills na mabilis magpapayat?

I have never considered taking any pills for slimming. :O Sounds scary to me. Pero baka one day I might find myself, who knows.

Ako I've tried yung Leisure 18. Effective siya sakin kaso ayun nga, mabilis dun bumalik yung weight dahil hindi ko natuloy-tuloy. Yung mommy ko umiinom ng C-lium. Nakakababa siya ng cholesterol and nakakatulong din in losing weight. Hindi nga lang ganun kabilis yung progress pero safe and healthy siya.

No palpitations unlike pearl white.

I'm currently using Maggie now. 2nd box ko na. Pumayat agad ako sa first box. Pansin ko talaga na lumiit na yung arms, legs, at yung waist ko. Wala naman scary effects like palpitations.
