When passing him in the hallway, look at him in the eye, hold his gaze for a split second, smile a small, close-lipped smile, and then drop your gaze. Simple, subtle but mysterious. It works every time!

Befriend him nicely, like if you have seen each other by chance personally? just smile and say hi to him. Be a friendly gal.  acquaintance is always the first step to befriend anyone being friendly and nice is a traditional deed. And getting to know him is the best way like for example sharing your interests. It still depends on the person who you are talking to...you may start the conversation if you are already comfortable to talk to him. [I salute you friendly girls] Anything that comes from your mind. It can be a question or a statement we still have different personalities, you need to know first what type of personality he has and you should observe his attitude. Identify his strengths and accept his weakness or it is still your decision maybe you can change him for the better you're blessed if you widely understand each other. Acceptance first then next is communication with care.

pero hindi na nman yung tipong pagka-lagkit-lagkit..
yung parang iisipin niya na nacatch niya yung attention mo/ may gusto ka sa kanya,,
