1st Creation

I was sitting in our garden when I heard footsteps. I was pretty sure it was Caspian, he always came at this time of the day. To visit his future wife. I was still getting use to that idea. It’s all my Mom would talk about. I wonder why he chose me, my older sister Summer is way prettier. This guy must have an eye defect at the age of 9.
I can feel his presence behind me. Then, I felt something cold touching my neck. When I looked to find out what it is, I saw a silver diamond studded  star pendant in a simple silver necklace.(click me). I looked at Caspian and he smiled at me.

”What’s this?”

”Last time I checked I was sure it’s a necklace. Spell Sarcasm? C-A-S-P-I-A-N!!

”I know that, what I mean is why are you giving me this?”

”I want it to remind you that you’re the star in my life right now, I can appreciate you’re beauty shining oh so brightly, I can feel that you’re in my reach, but the truth is you’re to far away, and all I can do is admire you’re beauty from afar. And wish that some day you’ll be mine.” What was he talking about? I looked at him, and I was pretty sure he sensed that I didn’t understand what he was talking about ”I just want you to wear it, to let people know that you are special, and that someday the two of us will be married. Someday I guess you will understand what I’ve said, okay pumpkin?”

”Have anyone told you that you act and speak to mature for your age?” To my surprise he laughed.

”Yah, I get that a lot. What can I do I was raised this way. Before I forget, don’t you have a thank you gift for me?”Just trust on Caspian to be serious in this situations.

”None actually, I didn’t know that you’d give me a gift.”I shooked my head and looked at my foot.

”A kiss would do.”I was dumbfounded. A kiss? Isn’t that to much to ask. ”You look as if I’m threating to kill you. A kiss on the cheek will do, is that to much to ask for? I mean, we will be married someday.”He does have a point their so before I lost my courage, I kissed him, and ran as fast I could. I could hear Caspian’s faith laugh.



Memories. That was one of my most unforgetable childhood memories.

 I was six at that time. Now I’m seventeen. One more year and I’ll be of legal age, and that means, my marriage to Caspian will take place. How on earth did we got engaged? It’s pretty simple really, his mom told him that he will pick a girl, then his mom would teach that girl on how to be the perfect wife, they we’re planning to adopt a girl to be trained to be his wife, but since that would be illegal, his mom decided to make it a marriage of convience. He would choose from daughters of business associates of Rhodes Stone Co. And when they came to our house, as my dad introduced me and my sister Summer. He quickly pointed his finger to my direction and said ”She’s my perfect wife.”.

I didn’t exactly got what he was talking about, I was six for crying out loud. But when my mom came into my room and talked to me about it, I just obeyed what they wanted me to do. All my life I followed this rules:

How to be the perfect wife for Caspian:

Rule #1: There will be no other man in your life aside from Caspian.

Rule #2: Must know all  types of household chores.

Rule #3: Should know how to cook all his favorite meals.

Rule #4: Don’t be a nag, let him be. Just be supportive and understanding.

Rule #5: Take care of him. By all means.

Rule #6: Must also be a business woman type of wife, not just household type.

Rule #7: If he kisses other girls, don’t be jealous, he’ll be yours and he will remain loyal to you at all cost.

Rule #8: Always see to it that he has a healthy life style.

Rule #9:Be by his side in times of trials and hardship.

Rule #10: Always look beautiful. Be smart. And speak in a mannerly tone.

You’ll have an idea on how controlled my life has been. I am not allowed to date anyone. While Caspian have had lots of girlfriends. It’s really unfair in my part. But what can I say? I’ll be marrying one of the hottest guys who have graced the halls of McKleins Special High.
