Why do first timers bleed? Is this only due to the breakage of hymen?

Hmm. Yup, i think so, actually i think its because the hymen is being streched and all. Sometime they dont bleed. And I think others become sick cause of the soreness of the first time sex.

Yeah, there are others who don't experience bleeding. Ibig sabihin ba, Hindi napunit or na stretch yung hymen? Or iba iba Lang talaga?

Yup. It can also depend on your ethnicity, some women have bigger vaginas than other, some have smaller hihih!
Or yung mga athletes, na sestretch na mga hymen nila kasi dahil sa sports, pwede rin if you use a lubericant it decreases friction so hindi masyadong masakit haha, yan lang ata.
And Iba-iba lang talaga Pwede rin sa size ng Penis.

I think your friend should ask his bf kung may UTI siya.. pwede kasing makahawa ang uti through intercourse

Sa question about UTI or Ulcer.

Idk sa Ulcer kung related.

But sa UTI. Sabi ng friend kong doctor nagkakaroon daw usually ng UTI ang girl when they do s*x for the first time or minsan kapag sobrang tagal ng hindi active tapos naging active ulit. Pero meron din naman na everytime na makikipag-s*x nagkakaroon ng UTI. Ito daw ay sa kadahilanan na ang mga bacteria na nasa vaginal area ay napapasok sa loob ng urethra kapag nagpepenetrate na ang lalake. Masyado nga daw prone ang babae sa ganito.

So some tips para ma-prevent ito lalo na kung sexually active ka ay:

1. Before and after s*x i-try mong mag-urinate para malabas ang bacteria.
2. Maghugas before and after mag-s*x.
3. Baguhin ang position habang nag-s*x na medyo less ang pressure sa urethra. (anong position iyon, ndi ko na tinanong). LOL  Sorry naman!
4. Mag-suot ng cotton panties. Wag masyadong mag-thongs. 
5. Cranberry juice and a lot of water ay inyong inumin.

Explanation pala dun sa sex during menstrual period. Not advisable to kasi iyong blood na lumalabas sa'yo ay madumi kaya nga nilalabas ng katawan mo. So parang binabalik mo siya sa loob.  okay I don't go into details paano iyon binabalik sa loob.

Yup. May scientific study ito, more about hormones etc. Pero hindi ko kayang ipaliwanag dahil hindi ako doctor.    Ang na-abot lang ng akin utak ay nareregulate kasi ang blood when you do it. Isang mabisang exercise din daw ang s*x.

Ang ma-explain ko lang ang psychological side niya. You feel prettier and healthier kasi you feel you are being valued lalo na kung may kasamang love. It builds your confidence at lumalabas yun sa mukha mo. Nasatisfy din ang need mo so you feel happy. At kapag happy ang tao sobrang gumaganda siya.

isang malaking kasinungalingan yan kapatid. health and beauty are found in one's food intake, exercise and lifestyle, kung walang yosi, alkohol, etc etc. (at syempre, kung natural na maganda yung tao)

dont think that just because you feel ugly at times, sufficient reason na yun to have sex. you just did a guy a favor by thinking of such nonsense.

infact, paanu magiging healthier kung yung isang tao nga na nagpost dito, yung friend nya nagkaron ng UTI after her first sex.  kalokohan yan kung sino man nagsabi na mas maganda daw pagkatapos makipagsex. kalokohan talaga 

chaka may ibang babae (at marami sila), sex ng sex ng sex pero mukhang kabayo pa din. so really, it does not follow na porque nag sex, maganda na kaagad. 

i mean, case in point, bakit ako birhen pa din pero gwapo naman?    kaya hindi totoo yan. ..
