I do love my whole body, not because it's my assets, but i don't want myself get too tired or haggard everyday... I drink a lot of water, juices and milk, do stretching everyday every time  I wake up and eat plenty of foods that is good for my health like cereals, fruits and veggies...

What I love about my body is that, whatever figure I have I could easily put a remedy on how to make fun of my clothes that I know would definitely fit me well, plus the best part of my body is properly accentuated without worrying too much! :) I guess that's mental and physical flexibility on the go! :) I just learned so much on adapting to different demands of everyday life as I wear for parties, school or trips! :)

I just <3 MY BODY for that and it reminds me of taking good care of myself! :)

I love my body and I'm confident to flaunt it though its not perfect.  When you love yourself, you get a dose of self- esteem and self- confidence.  It is also important to look smart and always wear a smile.  I also respect my body; I do not engage in drinking alcohol nor smoke cigarettes. A balanced diet is also a must to maintain that good figure and to stay healthy.  Always look beautiful inside and out!  ;)

I love skin. It's something that I treasure and take care of a lot. LOL. IKR, I'm vain.

I love my body in such a way that I eat what's right for me. I'm a huge apple and ice cube lover. Yeah, you've read it right, I eat ice cubes whenever I feel sad or depressed. They gave me the energy I lose and bring back the positive spirit in me. I always put on mind to have atleast 8 hours of sleep to avoid gigantic eyebags.   :D Also, I never let a day passed without drinking two glasses of milk because it makes me strong and active all day long! Love you body!
