^ So ibig sabihin kunwari, I have laptop, phone and tv, may extra charge? And wala ba silang tv or some entertainment stuffs? As in plain bed lang? :( I can;t find the website. Thank you!

Yung mga blockmates kong nakadorm sa mga sister dorms, super higpit and mahal. Lahat my extra fees. Then my curfew pa. Sta. Catalina, lahat dun babayaran mo, ang free lang food. Sila na maghahanda ng food mo. all day long. :))))))) 6pm-6am lang bukas yung aircon.

May alam mo ba kayong dorms na may pagkastrict, yung walang pregnancy cases at girl's dorm na libre food na di naman kamahalan na malapit po sa Lacson? :) Salamat po ulit

guys, may alam ba kayong dorm/condo na malapit sa UST na available pa? yung mura tska sa dapitan? naghahanap kasi ako ngayong 2nd sem. umalis kasi ako sa sta.catalina. hindi ko kinaya dun  :D

ahhh!!  :D meron pa po bang dorms/apartment/bedspace/boarding house near UST?
yung mura lang po pero maayos ayos naman na place.. :D
gusto kasi ni mother makakita muna ng place where i can stay before ako i-enroll/pag-exam-in.. i'll be taking BS Pharmacy(kung papasa).. :D

Hello!

Again, we're looking for a roommate for next sem/acad. year. Mababawasan na naman kasi kami sa room eh mapapamahal yung rental payment namin kapag hindi kami nakahanap ng isa pa. Well unsure pa naman pero magtatanong na din ako in case may gusto.

sa P.Noval yung condo unit na tinutuluyan namin.
3 na kami sa room so isa na lang kailangan namin (kapag umalis si other roommate which is highly possible)..
if you want, you can join us with the unit.
monthly rental: Php3500, exclusive of water and electricity bills.
complete amneties (wifi, free cable - for TV, with aircon and own sink, security cameras, laundry - beside the building lang, no curfew!)
text me if you want to know more about the place.

Kapag umalis si roommate, puro AB na kaming matitira. So preferably, incoming 2nd year AB student na lang. Pero kung hindi AB, okay lang din. Basta tell me if you're interested. Hehe. Request din sana ng roommates ko, sana hindi pala-gala. Hehe.

Guys! Maganda ba sa University Towers? And it's really close lang naman sa UST, right? Incoming freshie here! :) Around how much po kaya yun per month? And are there any other condos na maganda and mura that's near UST? Around how much mga dorm? Ayaw kasi ni Mom na may roomie ako. So solo ako, walang kashare sa expenses :(

Utower is so small, mas malaki pa cr ng UST. :)) around 15-20k dun. Kahit hindi ka na magcondo, maghanap ka lang dyan sa tabi2, madami na. Im renting an apartment in Dapitan and it costs 7k. exclusive of utility bills.
Richville 15k-20k
Itower- Kailangan 4 kayo dito 8k-15k
