I'm not sure if I should be posting this in a separate thread or to combine it with other pimple threads. Oh well, just inform me guys and I'll do the right thing. <:I'm pretty aware that pimple is one of the best enemies of teenagers.
And the best solution for it is: DERMATOLOGIST
But I know, a lot of us just can't afford it right?
Well, I would want to help my fellow teentalkers who can't go to a dermatologist to solve their problems.
TIPS:
1. Drink lots of water.
- water helps to circulate our blood and clean bloods result to no pimples.
2. Eat vegetables. Eat fruits.
- this is a must! I know lots of you hates vegetables, but we need to do the must right? Vegetables & fruits helps a lot. Trust me.
3. Stop eating "fried"(e.g. fried chicken, french fries), stop eating "prito" food. Oil causes pimples. Well, chicken is okay as long as you don't eat the skin.
4. No to CHOCOLATES.
- That includes "chocolate flavors" even in ice creams. sorry. I know we all love chocolates but yeah, it's a real NO-NO. But once is a week would be fine. Atleast, don't eat too much! But if you want a fast recovery, don't eat for a month or two. And oh, also no to
junkfoods.
5. Eat slowly. Chew your food well.
- When eating, we don't need to hurry. We need to eat slowly and chew it properly. Healthy digestion leads to good skin and pimple free.
6. Wash your face in the morning, in the afternoon break and before sleeping.
- You can use any washing products that you think is good for you. (dermatologist suggests best)
7. Change your face towels.
- When drying your face after washing it, you need a "face towel". When I mean face towel, it must be used for dying your face
only. You can't use your body towel for drying your face. And most importantly, change your towel
everyday. You could always buy cheap towels in palengke if you want to have many face towels. Face towels doesn't need to be the expensive ones, it's only for drying your faces.

8. Sleep early.
- well, that's common but yeah, I don't actually believe in this. I always sleep late but nothing happens. Well, it's still better to be sure. So, consider this one 'kay?
9. Don't touch your faces with your filthy hands.
- No offense, but yeah all our hands are filthy, I mean dirty. So you can't touch your face(well, except when it's itchy

).
10. When sleeping, make sure your face is pillow free.
- I mean, you shouldn't cover your face with a pillow or with a stufftoy. As much as possible, sleep in a straight position. Our faces need to have air especially when we are sleeping because... I forgot the reason. Basta, make sure to give your faces some air when you are sleeping. DO NOT COVER IT.
11. Avoid dirty surroundings.
- Clean your house. Dusts are enemies. I know, it can't be avoided so make sure to clean your faces IMMEDIATELY after going to a very dirty place.
12. Change your bed sheets often and also your pillows.13. No more midnight snacks. Eat lightly in the night.- I know we are all tired after a heavy day, but yeah we shouldn't be eating too much in the night. We don't digest much and that's bad. Eat lightly but healthy. Don't eat 1-2 hours before sleeping. Don't drink milk in the night, try it in the morning. Oh, avoid cheese too.
14. No to make ups.- It means, no eyeshadows, powders and etcs. I know, it's hard. But yeah, we are all pretty without it. You could put lipgloss if you want too.
15. Avoid Alcohols16. Avoid hair contacts on your face.- Bangs. Put headbands.
17. Birth Control Pills- Can cause pimples.
18. DietAvoid these:
-Iodine
-Refined foods
-Sugars
-Fats
-Allergy producing foods
That's all for now. I'll edit this once in a while if I discover new tips. (;
Don't worry, my dermatologist suggested me all of that and it really worked! I'm pimple free.

But really, the best tip is; TO GET A DERMATOLOGIST.
- they know what's best for you.
- they remove your pimples
- they inject the right anti-bacteria into your body
- they give the cleaning product that really suites you
- they give medicines to drink
