I heard it was a pretty good book. Although, I'm not sure if I should buy it--when I heard of the title, it made me think of Twilight, and I am not a fan of Twilight. But I think I can adjust.

Never seen the review for Torment! How was it?

Hi! Torment was not one of the best books in the series. I won't tell what made me say that but I'll say this: There will be doubts and confusions on Luce's side. But at least she has finally done something that made her not look like a damsel in distress like other stories in the end. ;D

This book started out with real promise, the premise of Fallen was really good. I kept thinking this book is off to a great start. I was really intrigued with the plot, I started reading the book without an idea of what the book really was about, I just know that it's about fallen angels, so I was really curious as to why there was a storyline with Luce being reincarnated again and again. I was thinking that doesn't fit the formula of fallen angels right? and I was also thinking that if the author can weave those two important factors into the plot in such a way that it will actually work, then hey this could be an amazing book! But sadly no, Kate did not deliver, and its such a shame because it was a really great start, but it all came downhill towards the end of the 1st book. Im telling you there were soooooooo many plotholes, I actually think every chapter towards the end had plotholes! XD There were so many questions left unanswered and I bought the second book just for that, but no, the author threw in more outrageous storylines that up to now I still couldnt even believe I read through all that crap! Im telling you, the last battle in Torment was sooo ridiculous! A battle between fallen angels and demons in a suburban backyard, man what a monstrosity. I'm sorry but this book is even worse than Twilight, a waste of an otherwise good plot :(

i would say that I got confused when I read Torment
and i agree, the battle wasn't as professionally written as the other books
but Fallen was awesome, I haven't read Passion yet but I'm looking forward to reading it :)

I read it. I thought it would be good...but turns out I was very wrong. It has a lot of similarities with Twilight. But I finished it for the sake of those who liked it. Not a must-read, if you ask me.   ;D

Fallen is a very great series! You'll love it if you're a fan of fallen angels. ;)
BIG fan of One Direction. ;)
I love them all, but I'm totally in love with both Zayn and Harry (though Zayn keeps a big portion in my heart. haha!).
Me and Zayn Malik are together (there's nothing wrong with dreaming, right?). Call me Mrs. MDoll-Malik. :)
