Anything that won't spoil easily and anything you can cook easily when you're hungry and tired from school.

Noodles, skyflakes, health bars, water bottles, cereals, fresh fruits

Make sure that you'll consume agad yung niluto mo. Hmm, yung may mga tomatoes (fresh or packed) ay madaling ma-spoil. Yung may vinegar naman hindi. Siguro paksiw or mga omelette na lang.

I like to stock up on luncheon meat- Maling or Spam (especially Spam  :P), corned beef, tuna, eggs for omelettes. Have you tried tuna in  an omelette? Genius. Haha. ;D

Also crackers and any tinapay you like. :) and coffee or hot chcolate mix. :)

Oh.. and chips wouldnt hurt. Haha. For late night cramming..

- tuna, vienna sausage
- cereals, granola bars, biscuits
- bread (go for wheat ones since it is healthier)
- cup noodles/ pancit canton
- champorado mix (try White King brand.. Just boil it in water and it doesn't taste instant. They have arroz caldo too.)

Since you have a stove, you can keep some spaghetti noodles. Just boil it then saute with tuna and olive oil.. Easy to do pasta dish :)

Yun nga, tuna omelette, o kaya corned beef omelette or kaya chicken omelette. You know, chicken leftover tapos hinihimay tapos ioomelette. Or isa pa, yung sotanghon sasahugan mo ng SABA mackerel. Yum yum. Tapos madali pa. :)

My tita made me something that I thought was really disgusting but tasted amazing.

You get cup noodles, and add a dollop of cheese whiz. Enough to make it creamy lang. Tapos mix that up then top with crushed pork rinds/chicharon.

That's what the college students daw in UCLA eat. :)))

It's good to stock up on canned and packaged foods but make sure to eat MORE cooked and warm foods. For canned goods, stock up on the usual; go for tunas, pork beans, sardines, etc. for times where you're in a rush to eat or prepare food. For food to cook, in SM you can buy porkchop cuts, breaded pork etc. for easy fry. Pack up on oatmeals, cereals, eggs, and bread for your morning meals. Milk for the night. :)

if you really want healthy food you have to get a fridge kahit yung maliit lang. so that you can store veggies and fruits for a week.  kasi canned goods lang are the foods you can stock without fridge and super unhealthy nun.
here are some foods you can store (but must be consumed once opened)
-fresh milk
-cereals
-wheat bread
-eggs
-jams (fruit, peanut butter, chocolate)
-fruits

if you have no time to cook, you can buy sandwiches from sandwich guy. they use wheat bread and all of their ingredients are made fresh daily. tapos affordable pa. :)

Ako kasi more on take outs na from fastfoods pero minsan ang ginagawa ko sa school nalang ako kumakain. Pero kung gusto mo magggrocery ka nalang ng mga canned foods. If you have or if your allowed to bring heater on your dorm then mas okay para dun sa mga noodles and milk. Buy ka din ng mga pica foods para if when your bored may kakainin ka.

ADOBO! All-time favorite dorm food na dinadala ng mom ko pag bumibisita sila sa dorm. Pwede mo din naman kasing i-reheat na lang, kung may microwave oven kayo sa dorm...saka hindi nagsspoil agad yung adobo.

Always keep canned goods/noodles for emergency + milk + cookies + bread/spread like peanut butter/cheese.
