make up products/tools for beginners at very affordable price

I'm a big bb cream fan, because it allows me to skip a lot of make up layers. (e.g moisturizer, concealer, foundation). with the right bb cream,, it makes it perfect na talaga, buong araw. saves a lot of time, and money.
so for beginners, i think it would be good to invest on something like bb cream. you don't have to have those additional fancy stuffs. then you'll learn from there.

sis is it true na if you applied bb creams on your face you dont need foundation or concealer? what should be the next step after the bb cream ? OMG i dont know to put make ups tlga .. i only pu powder then eyeliner then lipstick then im done .. kaya evry now and then ng popowder ako witch is messy hndi din ksi aku gmagamit ng pressed powder ..

^ yes, that depends on the staying power ng BB cream na nabili mo. if you don't have oily skin naman, then it'll last longer and of course, depende rin sa brand and sa coverage na kailangan mo. if you have dark spots that the bb creams can no longer cover, and you still want to conceal it, you need concealer na. but if you just need to look fresh, not bagong gising or just to even out your face if you don't have much blemishes, bb cream can do that without the need for other stuffs. bb cream already serves as the foundation as well as a concealer. but most of the bb cream only have light to medium coverage.
after bb cream, you can put on finishing powder para mag last long yung bb sa face mo, specially if you have oily skin.

eh sis what about sa brushes ? anu mgandang brushes pra sa mga beginners ? do we need 28 pcs or 7 pcs will do?
