@keii hi, im jaja. thanks for ur support!
THROUGH THE MIRRORThrough my closed eyes, I sensed that the light from outside were turned on. Huh, our time must've been over now. Aaron seemed to have sensed the same thing and gently pulled his lips away from mine.
"Don't tell anyone." he whispered to me.
I sat there, and slowly the door of the closet opened. And that when I felt...
a SLAP!
One Week Later
School bell just rang and everyone was heading off to the cafeteria. Only a few were still left in the room like those who were still fixing up their stuff. One of those is me. I placed my books in my bag and sighed. How could Chemistry give me such a horrible day?
But I know the truth.
"I know the truth too." Sancha said, as she and Natalia approached me. What is she, psychic?
"Yeah, me too. Evne I know." Natalia said. Are you sure my bestfriends aren't some mind readers?
"We're no mind readers, Juliet. We can see it in your face." Sancha said.
"Freaky." I said as I placed the last notebook on my desk to my bag.
"Freaky? You're acting pretty freaky, Juliet." Natalia commented.
"What?" I asked them but I quite sure they know that I know what. Got it?
"There's something wrong." Sancha's eyes began to narrow, suspicion written clearly in her face.
"Yeah?" Natalia's face in the other hand was full of confusion.
"What happened? Tell us." Sancha said, reviving her normal look.
"Spill, Juliet." Natalia said.
"I failed a test, how can I not be affected?" I told them. It was really true. I did fail Chemistry. And I failed chemistry outside the classroom as well. Ah...I should really stop thinking about it.
"You failed a test because you WERE affected...of something." Sancha said.
"What was it?" Natalia turned to me.
"Uh...just having a bad day."
"Are you su-"
"Fine." Natalia cut Sancha off. "Not now, Sanch. I think Juliet needst time to think."
"Thanks, Nats. I love you." I told her. She smiled.
"How bout me?" Sancha asked.
"I love you too." We laughed before someone came interrupting us.
"Juliet. May I talk to you?" Aaron asked. There was just something in the way he asked that seemed difficult to say no. Maybe, because he was looking straight to my eyes as if seeing inside me.
"We'll save you a seat, see you later." Sancha said and Natalia followed her out of the room, leaving
Aaron and I alone...again.
Aaron came nearer until he was now facing me.
SLAP!
His face began to redden a little.
"I'm sorry." I said. I'm not the type of person who would do things like but my emotions got better of me.
"No. I deserved that. I'm really sorry, Juliet." He never moved his eyes away from mine, as he said this.
"Why did you slap me?....After you kissed me?"
"Believe me, ok. Coz I'm telling the truth here."
I nodded.
"I slapped you because I knew you would be blushing and if they saw you blushing they would know that I kissed you."
"It was dark, how'd you know I'd blush?"
"I'm sure you would."
"Oh yeah? How can you prove it?"
And there goes the sensation over again. His soft gentle lips on mine. Freezing me and electricuting me all over.
When pulled away, he said, "See? You're blushing."
I looked at the classroom mirror. Damn it. I am blushing.
"It's okay," Aaron placed his arm around my shoulder and looked at mirror too. "I like it when you blush. You look cute." He smiled.
Darn his smile. So attracting.
"Am I forgiven?"
I hesitated but ended up saying, "Sure."
"Come," He held my hand. "Let's have lucnh. I hope your friends left me a space at that table of yours."
Ok, my day isn't completely bad, it's turning out to be great.
