Good day! We had an officers' meeting in YM. And I would like to share with you guys the agendas we've talked about (Jhajha told me to place this in this thread coz that's my task as an Assistant. Secretary). So here it goes...

Meeting Date: May 12, 2010
Officers Present During the Meeting: Jhajha Jarmonilla, Jahrie Rivera, and Nicole Xerez-Burgos
Agenda/s for the meeting:

• discussed about our ROLES in the clan as an officer and the OBSERVATIONS and BEHAVIORS of the Head to us, officers
• attitude check of the Officers*
• suggested activities for the first anniversary of the clan

Resolution and Objectives for the Agenda/s: To promote peace, love, unity and sisterhood in this clan though we also have some boys here @SFCC. And also, to bear in mind that as an officer, we should be a good role model to all.

In the first agenda, Jha told us that Joannah, as the Secretary, should jot down the meeting date, officers present in the meeting, agenda/s for the meeting, resolution and objectives for the agenda/s in Facebook for every meeting we will have.. On the other hand, I'll do the same thing too but in this clan's thread. Here! :]

And lastly, we discussed about the "Awards Night" that we are planning to have on the upcoming anniv of SFCC. We decided to have 7 awards. But then, we're still talking about this matter though. No final decisions yet.

*The topic we discussed here is highly confidential to share. It is between Jha and Joannah only. Extra lang ako.
