Hi!
Grabe. After almost twooo long years ngayon ko lang ulit naisipan i-update ito. Sobrang long story bakit biglang nastop. Una kasi nagcrash ang laptop ko kaya nawala yung files. Nung naayos naman busy na ako sa school at tinamad na magsulat.

Then one day nitong April, sinali ako ni Ate Yuki yhukie sa isang group sa facebook na CC authours. So ayun, parang nagkaplan na babalik kami dito. Nung one time na bumalik ako dito sinearch ko to and fortunately, buhay pa rin ang thread na to. Then I tried to look for my back up file kung nandun pa itong story ko. Yeeeheeeey. Andun nga along with 2 more updates and the plot. So now, tutuparin ko na talaga ang goal ko na tapusin itech.

Sorry ng sobra sa mga readers ko dati na nabitin ng bonggang bongga. Lately ko lang din nakita yung poll at may Silent readers pala ako 

So here it is. Kahit ang pinakamahirap talaga sa paguupdate ay ang pageedit. May updaaaaate na ko

Sorry again for double posting

Eleven

I woke up with a stem of rose and a note beside my pillow. I can’t help but smile, ang thoughtful naman. I sat up, lay my back on the headboard and reached for the note.

Babe,

   I didn’t bother to wake you up for lunch. My conscience can’t take it to disturb a sleeping angel . There’s food in the kitchen. I’ll just be out for a while, be back later.

I got off my bed without removing that smile on my face and proceed to the bathroom to fix myself. After doing my rituals, I went to the kitchen and saw a plate of rice, eggs and bacon with mixed veggies on the side tapos may smiley faced muffin pa =D I took the plate and placed it on the microwave ((:

While the food was heating up, I can’t help but wonder. Ang swerte swerte ni Kara noh? Two amazing guys love her to distraction, ang sarap kasi magmahal ni Iago. kung si Red noon super sweet, super effort at almost perfect siya, si Iago pa kaya na lamang ng limang paligo kay Red. He is still in love with someone na hindi na siya mahal.

Eh ako? What am I in this picture?

Haay, tama na nga. Ang importante ako ang nakakatikim ng pagmamahal ni Iago ngayon, kahit pansamantala I’ll just cherish the memories of this scheme. At least naranasan ko mahalin ng isang matinong lalake kahit kunyare lang  =))

Pagkatapos ko kumain I noticed that it’s already past 4 in the afternoon, so I decided to go out and walk on the beach for a while and perhaps watch the sunset.

I’m just wearing a plain tank top and shorts so I grabbed my jacket and put on my slippers then went off. I was glad not to see `the` couple at the lobby. (:

Paglabas ko napansin ko na mejo maraming tao, majority are couples, siguro kasi nagaabang din sila ng sunset and yung families na may kasamang kids nagpapahinga na. Naglakad lakad lang ako palayo dun sa mejo crowded place until nakarating ako dun sa may mga cottages.

I found a perfect spot near a big rock, yung pwedeng upuan, tapos nandun lang siya sa paanan ng shore na mejo inaabot lang ng tubig. I sat near the big rock and let the waves reach my feet.

After a few minutes nagulat ako kasi biglang may kumalabit sa`kin

“Hey”

“Hey too” kahit hindi ako lumingon alam ko na kung sino ((:

“Thanks for the rose. And the lunch too” sabi ko tapos umupo si Iago sa tabi ko.

“Pano mo pala nalaman na nandito ako?” tanong ko sa kanya maya maya, ang awkward kasi pag sobrang tahimik db?

“sabi na nga ba eh, hindi mo nga ako napansin kanina. Pabalik na sana ako nung makita kita sa lobby, tinawag pa nga kita kaya lang di ka lumingon kaya sinundan na lang kita dito”

“ahh okay. Sorry”


HANUBAYAN >.< Why can’t I say anything? Or even open a topic? Why oh why? I wanna talk to him but I don’t know what to say or even start a conversation. ARGH! Where did my humor go? Tss! Ganito ba talaga ang epekto ng presence niya? Parang force field. Haha

“You’re unbelievably quiet. May I ask why?” he asked afterwards, hindi na siguro niya natiis ang katahimikan.

“Sorry, It’s just that….I don’t know what to say” I said, while playing the sand with my hands.

“You’re thinking about him” I know it’s not a question, It’s a statement and he sounds so sure about it.

“No” kasi gusto ko sumagot kahit di naman tinanong. Defensive eh.

Nagulat ako dahil bigla siyang tumawa 0.o “Is it funny if I don’t think about him?”

“You won’t say No of you’re not thinking about him at all. Defense mechanism! I said him, I didn’t mention any name, So why would you answer NO if you’re not thinking about someone?”

AWW. Nadale ako dun >.< Oo nga noh? Because a person won’t say `I DON’T CARE` if he doesn’t really care. Aww!

Okay. I’m guilty. I do think about him, but not the way you think I do. Whaaat! Ang LABO. Huhu

“It’s okay. I understand” he sighed, as if ang laki laki ng problema niya, eh in fact ako tong dapat may problemahin di ba? >.<
“Do you still love him?” napatingin ako sa kanya bigla. Why does he sounds so…hurt? I don’t know. But us girls have that way to sense something right? We’re not DENSE

“Who?” I tried to pretend I have no idea who he's talking about. I want to lighten up the conversation.

“Him”

“Can you name him?”

“Red” Shocks. Serious mode si Kuya

“Oh, you really wanna know the answer?” Because I’m not sure what to say. Ang gulo ko! Sorry!

“Okay, nevermind”

Back to silence. I’m really really confused right now. I want to talk but I don’t know what to say. I don’t want to think what to say but I can’t help thinking about him. I want to.... UGH! This feeling is complete bullsh.t.

I’m currently complete BLANK. As in…do I even make sense? Oh God. I just can’t function normal.

I was still wondering about my senseless thoughts when he suddenly said something

“You’ve changed a lot” Biglang sabi niya. I turned to him then chuckled. Yeah.

“What was the old Happy like?”

“The Happy I used to know suits her name perfectly. She smiles with her eyes, she doesn’t know the word sad or hate. She has this magic to make things okay, she’s childish and crazy. She’s bubbly and goofy. The Happy I used to know doesn’t take life too seriously" tumigil siya at tumingin sa`kin

"You were the Happy I loved.”


That did it. Parang piniga ng sobra yung puso ko. I can already feel my tears starting to fall, my throat aches so bad I can’t say a word without bursting. But gladly I did, I tried to explain my side. I wiped my tears and took the remaining one back. I swallowed hard and said;

“Well, that Happy realized she’s through with positive thinking. That Happy realized she needs to stand up against life. That Happy realized she should be tough."

That Happy realized she needs to grow up because life did hit her hard

I didn’t realize that my tears betrayed me and started to fall on their own, then Iago started to wrap his arms around me; I didn’t protest because I know it’s what I needed. A hug.

I cried hard. I cried my heart out. I let go of every sh.t inside me.
I have never cried like this since I was 6. I never let anyone hug me this tight since god knows when.

I never let anyone see how wasted I am inside since now.

Iago never said a word, he just hug me tight not caring even I soak his shirt with my tears. Then afterwards, when I was already catching my breath, He held my chin and lift my face up and said;

“Happy, You don’t deserve this. Happiness was never destined to be taken for granted.”
His next move was like a dose of heroine.
He kissed me, and for the longest time, I felt like the old Happy again.
I felt exactly what was written on my favorite novel.


And the next thing I did was kiss him back.







I surrendered my sword and let go of my shield. This is Iago after all.

Nagising ako na parang minamartilyo ang ulo ko. !@#$% gusto ko magmura. ARGH.
Sinubukan ko dumilat dahil kumakalam na sikmura ko. Hindi nga pala ako nakapagdinner kagabi.

The Kiss. Iago. I kissed Iago? Last night? HOLY!


As the scenario of last night struck me like a lighting, I hurriedly looked down and checked if I’m still in one piece.

Oh my god talaga. I’m cursing furiously inside my head as I saw myself in a man’s shirt and boxers. REALLY. Can I curse again? !@#$%^

I looked beside me and saw no one. But there’s a sign that someone has been there. I can’t stop cursing. My heart is beating irregularly, deafening my own senses.

Despite my nervousness, I looked around and noticed I’m not in my hotel room, I’m on a cottage. The room was ordinary but it smelled so manly, the mixture of sea air and bath soap. I tried to get up despite my aching head and walked towards the door; I didn’t even bother to look at myself in the mirror.

As I got out of the door, the enticing aroma of brewed coffee welcomed me. Without opening my eyes completely, I followed the scent.

My feet brought me to the kitchen where I saw a man's sexy back. Is this my breakfast? !@#$ What am I thinking? Gaaaahd! I remained quiet for a while as I feast my eyes upon his back and I don’t know if he felt it or something but he suddenly turned around. And my jaw dropped in awe.

“Good morning” what is this feeling? I just can’t explain. Why oh why. Am I still dreaming? Sorry, I wanna curse again !@#$%

Lord, bakit may pandesal siya?

He’s topless, for god’s sake! Hindi ko masabi kung isang napakagandang panaginip ba ito o binabangungot na ako. hahaha.


“  G-g-good M-morning” I covered my mouth as I answered. This very moment I swear I wanted to run back to the bathroom as fast as I can to brush my teeth, wash my face and comb my hair.

What am I thinking? Minutes ago I was worrying if I just lost my virginity and now I’m completely thinking of loosing it? @#$% I really want to shoot myself right this very moment. WHAT THE EF IS HAPPENING TO ME?

“coffee? Masakit ba ulo mo?”

“ah, sige” sabi ko na lang habang nakatakip pa rin ang kamay sa bunganga ko.

I just watch him as he animatedly moved around the kitchen and served me egg benedicts >.< and tocino with sinangag and brewed coffee.


What a man. HE CAN COOK. This macho man can cook. Can I drool?


“thanks” It was all I can say when he handed me aspirin to lessen my headache. When he finished preparing the plate he settled and sat beside me.


“how are you feeling?”

“better” I want to cry right now. Why am I so speechless? >.< huhuhuhu. How I wish he gave me a script for this act.


I finished my meal in no time kasi kahit masarap yung luto niya wala akong malasahan, as if ang hirap lunukin. Ininom ko na lang yung coffee habang pinapanood siyang kumain. Sa view pa lang busog na ako eh

“uhm Iago?” hindi na ko nakatiis, kailangan ko ng i-open yung topic dahil kung hindi walang mangyayare sa`min dito. Yiee.

“can I ask you something?” tumango lang siya, may laman pa kasi yung bunganga niya.

“uh, did we…uhm..do it? I mean why are we here? Uh, sorry kumakain ka pero I just need to know." God, why am babbling. "S-sorry I know it’s a very awkward question.”



At sa laking gulat ko.


Nabuga niya yung kinakain niya.


“OMG OMG. Sorry, Teka kukuha kita ng tubig” nagmamadali naman akong tumayo at kumuha ng tubig sa ref. Panirang moment. Haha.

“Iago, super sorry talaga. Nabulunan ka pa tuloy” grabe pulang pula yung muka niya. Nako naman kasi Happy! Sana naman pinagpaliban mo yung ganung tanung! Naka naman!

Hiyang hiya na talaga ako, siguro magkasing pula na kami ng muka. Ako sa hiya, siya dahil nabulunan. Huhuhu! Gusto ko ng bumuka ang lupa at kainin ako. NAMAN!




“WAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA” hala~ after mabulunan sobrang tawa naman? What have you done Happy?!

Tiningnan ko naman siya ng super nagtataka look. As in ganito (._.)

“You are so…cute Happy! Lika nga dito” at ako naman si tanga na nashoshock pa sa mga nangyare eh sumunod at lumapit sa kanya.



“I c-caaan’t b-breaathe” He’s hugging me too tight. Waa, then I realized I’m not wearing any bra. !@#$%

“You are so hilarious Happy! I want to crush you right now and I’m actually thinking of doing what we haven’t done last night” tumawa na naman siya, habang ako natutulala pa rin.

Then before I can react, he lowered his head and kissed my surprised mouth again.

I pulled back before I fall on my knees again and looked down, trying to hide my tomato face.






Iago’s POV

Oh Happy, kung alam mo lang talaga kung gaano na kita gusto iuwi ngayon.
Last night was so emotional, ewan ko kung anong nangyare at bigla na lang siya nag open up sakin ng ganun, hindi naman siya nakainom.

I know she’s still in love with Red, my brother, and I somewhat took advantage of her situation last night.

We kissed but I managed to stop myself. We watched the sunset together and she told me she missed having tequila so we went to my cottage and drink.

Nothing happened. Believe me, I couldn’t manage to commit any more mistake to her.

I was preparing breakfast when I felt someone’s watching me so I turned around and saw her standing beside the kitchen door with her hair messy and wearing my clothes on. I was so mesmerized by her presence but manage to act civil and tried to ignore her looking so damn sexy in my shirt.

I bet she has no Idea how tempting she in on my boxers

Down boy, tsk tsk.

“Good morning”


“G-g-good M-morning”

“coffee? Masakit ba ulo mo?”

“ah, sige” tulog pa ata to.

I just continued cooking pero minsan tinitingnan tingnan ko siya tapos kapag nahuhuli ko na nakatingin siya sakin biglang mag bu-blush tapos yuyuko.

It’s amusing, pinipilit ko na lang hindi mag smile.

 “thanks” she said as I handed her the medicine pang tangal ng sakit ng ulo niya tapos umupo na sa tabi niya

“how are you feeling?”

“better” yun lang sinabi niya. Nahihiya pa siguro siya.
 



“uhm Iago?” napansin ko na parang konti lang kinain niya tapos pinapanood lang ako kumain, pero hinayaan ko na lang. It feels good naman na tumititig siya ng ganun

 “can I ask you something?” tumango lang ako.

“  uh, did we…uhm..do it? I mean why are we here? Uh, sorry kumakain ka pero I just need to know. S-sorry I know it’s a very awkward question.”


She’s babbling. And she’s so RED! WAHAHAHAHAHA! I really can’t help it now. Natatawa na talaga ako.

Ang pula pula na niya tapos hindi makatingin sa`kin! Hindi ko na talaga napigilan; natawa na ako ng malakas

Tiningnan ko siya na parang natigilan, iniisip siguro niya na sinapian na ko! HER FACE! EPIC! I want to grab my camera and take a picture of her right this moment.

“You are so…cute Happy! Lika nga dito” I opened my arms and told her to come closer, lumapit naman siya kahit halatang naguguluhan pa. ang slow


“I c-caaan’t b-breaathe” oh sorry sorry! This just feels so right! Parang ayaw ko ng bumitaw.

God. This girl is amazing. She’s the Happy I knew again.

Without even thinking, I kissed her surprised mouth again. Mamaya na ako mag eexplain!

“W-why?” I asked huskily when she slowly pulled back.



“I h-haven’t b-brush m-my t-teeth y-yet” she answered while covering her mouth. I slowly smiled, how can she think about it in the middle of kissing? >.< oh, Happy! Hahaha.

"Ako din naman eh, do you mind? " I asked teasingly

"uh...." before she could finished her answer, she rushed to the bathroom and hurriedly brushed her teeth.

"kahit naman wag na eh" sabi ko sa kanya habang pinapanood siya mag toothbrush.

"shaddap" she said while rolling her eyes and handed me my toothbrush. Adik talaga =))))

I took the toothbrush and did the same, binilisan ko na lang kasi nakikipagunahan ako makapagmumog sa kanya. And right after she wiped her mouth with the towel, I kissed her lips hungrily.




I wish I could go on with this forever

"Okay okay. Ililigpit ko lang yung pinagkainan natin" Lumabas na siya ng CR para hayaan akong sagutin yung phone ko.

"Ha-ha" I laughed sarcastically "Cut it Sands, ba't ka tumawag?"

"Ouch, what a way to tell how you misses your bestfriend" umarte pa siyang humihikbi. Si Sandy talaga.

"Okayyyy. I just called because I missed you" Awww :">

"You know I missed you too pero hindi pa kasi tapos dito eh. Kahit gusto ko humabol jan mukang matatagalan"

"Hanubayan. Alam mo naman kasing hindi kumpleto ang goodtime pag wala ka. Kahit pa ikaw ang pinaka KJ sa ating lahat."

"Haha. I know. Pero promise, as soon as I'm finished with this, nanjan na agad ako. Ano na bang pinag gagagawa niyo jan?"


Kwentuhan na yung kasunod. Walang katuturang kwentuhan. Alam niyo naman, BFFs. Haha. Siguro inabot din kami ng isang oras sa pag kukwentuhan. Hindi pa nga siguro ako mag gogoodbye kay Sandy kung hindi tumabi sa`kin si Iago. Syempre, awkward pag kausap ko pa si Sandy habang katabi ko sya. Hindi ako makakatili sa kilig kasi katabi ko na yung kinakikiligan ko. Waaaaa.

"Hi" Hi? I gave him my "seriously?" look. Tapos tinawanan lang ako ni mokong.

"What? Di ba Hi ang simula ng conversation? Alangan namang I love you agad. Hahaha. Babe talaga" Oo nga naman napayuko na lang tuloy ako dahil nag totomato red na naman ang face ko.

Bigla na lang niya kiniss yung cheeks ko "Ang cute cute cute ng cheeks mo pag nagbublush. Ang sarap sarap kurutin. Haha" lalo lang tuloy ako napayuko at iniwas ang tingin sa kanya

"HAHAHAHAHA. Sige na nga. Titigilan ko na ang pangaasar. Natetemp na naman kasi ako halikan ka." Owkaaaay. Hindi na talaga ako nagsalita dahil wala na ako masabi.

"So what did you two talk about?"

"Ha?"

Hingang malalim. Inhale! Exhaaaale "Yun nga, dun sila nagbabakasyon and I was supposed to go with them eh kaya lang you need my help nga kaya nandito ako. Tumawag si Sandy because she said she misses me and tinatanong kung kelan daw ako makakahabol dun. Eh sabi ko mukang matatagalan. Haay" Habang nagsasalita ako tahimik lang siya kaya nung tiningnan ko na siya, nagulat ako kasi ang serious serious ng face niya. haaay, nakakabaliw talaga tong lalaking to

"Gaano ba sila katagal dun?"

"Ewan, ang plano namin one week dun eh. Di ko alam kung nagextend pa sila. Pero pang 3rd day na nila. Nauna kasi sila sa`tin."

"Ahh" tiningnan ko lang siya, parang ang lalim ng iniisip "Bakit kaya di na lang sila sumunod dito?" then bumalik na naman yung animated look niya, yung parang may nilulutong something fishy.

"What?! Are you sure? Magkakariot dito pag sumunod yung mga yun "

"Yun nga yung gusto ko eh. Haha." Tumingin na naman siya sa`kin. Bakit ganun? tuwing tumitingin siya sa`kin hindi ko alam kung kinikilig ako or naiilang ako or what.

"Saka I've realized that it's unfair na nagbabakasyon sila and you're here. I've taken your vacation away dahil dito sa plano ko. So why not mix business with pleasure di ba?" Aww.
