I need to ditch being such a couch potato 
I want to get fit again. And be healthy at the same time. I'm anemic so I really need to strengthen up my body.

I have to ditch my restlessness habits. I'm getting all glued with my laptop til the wee hours surfing the net and playing The Sims 3. Consequences? Pimple attack, bloodshot eyes, dark circles, irritation, passing eating time, name it all... I want to have pimple-free face again. And I want to eat on time. And most of all, I want to have a regular pace of sleeping again.
