Course Decision

Pls help me naman po 
I really need advice for the course I'm supposed to take.

I was planning to take Mass Com since I heard it's a good course pero sabi ng brother hindi daw bagay ang mga mahiyain dun, kailangan daw kapal ng face at confident to face a person.    Hindi naman ako anti social but hindi naman makapal ang mukha ko.

I'm trying to look for the right course na hindi ko pagsisihan but i'm confused po.
My best subjects would be English and Computer, highest grades ko yun and I do enjoy studying them.

Please recommend a fitting course for me. I'm graduating this year na, and I seriously have to make a decision.

uy, i can see myself in you. i am not really good at recommending courses because i too am a confused kid.

you see, last summer vacation i spent a couple of nights researching for the best course that fits me. but then i still ended up writing 8-10 various academic programs on the application forms of 4 different schools in the philippines. mahirap din kasi, because of my flexibility, i don't have a specific favorite subject. wag lang talaga sa computer. kaya nahihirapan ako to choose, mainly because there are a lot of choices. and, especially i want to be practical with my career decision (mahirap na, recession). but, since ikaw, you have your two favorite subjects: english and computer, easy na lang mag-choose. kasi, kumbaga, you have your specialty. so i agree with kiase's suggestion.

alam mo, yuki94, opposite tayo. i believe kasi that mass comm is the best course for me, but what's stopping me from taking it is kasi sabi nila hindi in-demand, low job opportunities, very seldom lang maka-jackpot if one is a graduate of mass comm.

kelangan yung pipiliin mong course yung talagang gusto mo. kasi there's no turning back. sayang pera ng parents mo kung palipat-lipat ka ng courses. tsaka isipin mo din yung magiging future mo sa course na pinili mo. kung may trabaho ka bang makukuha pagkagraduate mo.  i also recommend broadcast journalism and i.t. in demand kasi ang i.t ngayon. lalo na daw after 5 yrs. kasi high-tech na tayo. kelangan na ng lahat ng computers.

Alam mo kahit mahiyain ka di yun ang sapat na dahilan para iwanan mo yung gusto mong course, kasi it will help you to improve yourself naman, as you are studying you are already going out of your shell, you'll be able to learn to have self-confidence

Actually I haven't given much thought of my course until this year na graduating na ako. I've always had the idea na dadating din yung course na gusto by instinct or something pero  hanggang ngayon wala pa rin akong mapili. A lot of my friends had suggested a computer course for me coz i'm the tech wiz in class, pero working with comp most of my life (we have a comp business) parang ayaw kong maging career ko 'to.

I just realized hindi pala madaling maging senior kasi alam ko ang idedecide ko ngayon ay may malaking apekto sa future ko.

As for the course Mass Comm, i've read ito nga 'jack of all trades?". But then again I don't really know anyone in person who had taken the course pa.

I agree nga na dapat gusto ko talaga ang course na pipiliin ko, ayaw kong mapahiya sa parents ko at ayaw ko ring sayangin ang pera nila because of my own indecision. I'll consider IT in my list, but i'll opt for more suggestions.

Lam mo sis, we're the same. I still dunno what course to take. Pero what i placed dun sa mga forms ko ay comm. arts. What I really want is advertising management (only available in dlsu) but unluckily, i failed the exam. UST na lang ung feeling ko na papasa ako, and course ko dun is comm. arts and advertising arts. Pero sure na ko na hindi ako para sa advertising arts kasi required dun ang skills sa drawing.  (Eh hindi ako marunong mag draw) As for comm. arts,  parang nahihiya ako sa course ko.. kasi UST ka tas ganun ung course mo.. usually dapat nursing or archi.. di ko talaga alam. Limited na lang ako sa courses ng UST, kasi jan ako confident na papasa.

What do you really like ? Kasi ang dentistry, specialization lang niya is yung mouth and teeth.. Unlike if youre going to take your pre-med course, you can decide pa if what do you want for your specialization. If youre going to be a doctor , what specialization would you want to take ?

ako kasi ang ginawa ko, pre-med ko ang dentistry. Para sa akin, If ever mang tamarin akong magmedicine. Doctor pa rin ako.

eto sis, ano talaga yung gusto mo i-pursue sa buhay mo? yung ano ang navivisualize mo sa sarili mo in the future?

sa ngayon basta piliin mo yung gusto mong course, hindi dahil sa TREND at hindi dahil sa PEER PRESSURE.  yung tipong pag pinasukan mo yung course na yun, gaganahan at mageenjoy ka mag-aral yung talagang worth it ang magiging effort mo sa pagaaral.. hindi yung nagaaral lang for the "grade" pero para sa ikabubuti mo sa future

ako hindi ako nagkaroon ng chance makapili ng course dahil nga uso ang "nursing"

make your parents understand that hindi solusyon palagi ang usong course para umahon sa hirap ng buhay, nasa studyante pa rin yan kasi syempre siya yung naghihirap magaral

matututunan mo rin naman makipag-socialize sa ibang tao e, sabihin mo sa kuya mo
