Haha! Yeah, everybody join me, Congratulations! Lol. Yes sis thank God at kinaya ko kahit papano. Every morning, usually fruits lang talaga and two glasses of water, plus green tea with calamansi. Lunch, ayun I eat mostly anything(except meat), I eat veges, vege pancit, pancit canton, bread, soup, kamote, corn. Ayun usually kinakain ko at lunch time then two glasses of water again. At dinner, I only drink fruit shake, laging dalawang klaseng fruit, usually, one banana and a slice of papaya, one apple and one banana, mga ganun, then 1 glass of water yung i-hahalo sa fruits, no sugar. Pero pag medyo ginutom pa ko ulit at dinner, I eat corn or fruit salad, or anything available, basta in moderation lang and no meat. Medyo dinadamihan ko water intake ko 8 glasses or kung kaya pa, evern more.
Umiinom din ako ng wheat grass at night, yung powdered na. 15 days na kong umiinum nun, kasabay ng alkaline diet ko. I'm thinking kung bibili pa ko ulit nun, medyo pricey kasi sya eh. around 30 or 40 something pesos ang isang sachet nya pantimpla.
Ayun napansin ko pumayat nga ako without going to the gym, saka I feel full naman, parang hindi diet, yun nga lang no meat talaga.
Medyo health conscious na kasi talaga ako kaya siguro kinaya ng will power ko. Hehehe. Naging low blood kasi ako at laging nagkakasakit na din kahit chubby ako kaya talagang gusto ko ng lifestyle change. Hehehe. Wish me luck sisses! Sana pumayat pa ko more!
