haha..i prefer apple, mas juicy kasi compare sa banana <=== madali kang magpopo  :o  ;D

Both are delicious and nutritious but I eat banana more. Much affordable kasi. :)

The apple has less calories than a banana as well as complex carbs that makes you feel full.

For me it's banana. :)

especially if your still a student..
Why? It helps stimulate your brain cells..  ;D
hence better concentration & faster thinking..

i did this "banana a day ritual" helped me during my reviews for the board..  :)

Actually apple or banana have many nutritional value, but which is more, I don't know! I much prefer apple than banana... banana can prevent constipation while apple can prevent some unnecessary diseases!
