I love banana especially the green ones, yung mahaba :)

If you eat apple everyday, you'll have difficulty releasing your waste. It hardens our poop; and so is the yellow banana but the green banana helps us in digestion. Also, bananas are easily available unlike apples and affordable :)

both has a lot to offer. bananas are actually good before working out 'cause its high in potassium daw. good din siya if you have bowel problems. apples are definitely rich in vitamin c that helps in maintaining a good skin and fighting infection :)

I think bananas are better than apples.
Skin benefits are one, I believe... eat it or use it on your face (no kidding), it's good.
I hear it also has Potassium ?
So yeah, that's why I think bananas are better... and why I'd love to eat them everyday.
It's not just because I have a huge bias towards the fruit. :)

They're sweet too -- and I'm talking about Philippine bananas, not just any other one.

It had to be you.

^ hahaha ! thanks :)
Seriously, I've tried the bananas on the face. My roommates tried it before since there was this "homemade skin remedies" things one of my roommates had and we were so curious. At meron rin kasing saging sa room namin na malapit nang maging overripe.

Durugin mo siya tapos rub mo siya sa face mo na parang facial wash for about 5 minutes ata. Tapos rinse with water. Tapos matulog ka na. It worked for us ;)

Kung nanghihinayang ka sa masasayang na pagkain, eat it. Either way, it's beneficial :)

It had to be you.

Pero my lola forces me to eat banana daily. I guess it's better.
