kath-y

you can take fiber instead of vco for constipation.  it's really icky to drink vco, but for the hair i think it's one of the best hot oil ever.

you can wash it off anyway, and as long as you're not sleeping with anyone overnight or married, i think we can get away with it.

Hi! I would just like to ask po, kasi i have been taking in VCO for only 2 days, and dun sa 2 days na yun after an hour ko na uminom nahihilo ako. Normal lang ba to or should I stop drinking VCO na? Sayang kasi sa 2 days na yun nakita kong nag-improve bowel movement ko. What do you suggest for me to do instead of drinking it? :)

just-g were you taking the oil itself?  If don't feel good, you should go see a doctor in case you are not eating properly.  You may want to observe your diet.

sakin ginagawa ko xang body oil, hindi ko feel na lunukin parang nasusuka ako...
great xa for wounds madaling mag dry & wont leave a mark pa...
i have a scar before, dahil sa alambre un ang haba talaga sa braso ko, ginawa ko wash ko muna ng water tas nilagyan ng VCO, i was amazed kasi nagclot agad ung blood, well its good iwas infection  ;) now ung scar ko sa arms hindi talaga pansinin & hindi xa nangingitim.

tsaka ung may dark spots, naglilighten din with continued used of VCO, kaya lang
medjo greasy xa iapply...

I grew up using it. Old school trip ko nun. Napakaganda nung bagsak nung buhok ko nun compare sa bagsak ng buhok ko ngayon. Nung tinigil ko pumangit. I'm planning to use it again. I've tried using the ones that you can buy from the stores pero parang wala lang. nothing beats the old school style for me.

Ano ung old shool style na un Ishy?

Kung iaaply ko siya sa hair... pano?

Gusto ko isuggest to sa father ko since tumataba siya kaya lang medyo worried ako dun sa taas ng cholesterol na magiging epekto pag tinake mo (ayon sa mga nabasa ko)
