my doctor said na mas healthy ang banana kaysa sa apple.. hindi lang napapansin. dapat nga daw a banana a day makes the doctor away. :) hehe

i agree..mas maganda din yung banana yung lacatan ata..
kasi mas nagiging smooth yung pupu ko kinabuksan..
mas maganda sa digestion process..

it's true. bananas are healthier. kahit mas gusto ko yung lasa ng apple, I'll go for bananas when it comes to nutritional value. Plus, pwede pang kainin yung buto ng banana :D
