Breaking news. Just now he announced on national tv that he would not run for president to give way for Noy Noy Aquino.
He said that he would totally support Noy to run for the 2010 presidential section.

I like Noynoy a lot, but I don't think he's the one we need. I don't think he's fit to be the president of the Philippines. If Cory didn't die, I think Noynoy wouldn't have been considered as a presidential candidate.

And sorry, I just had to say this: I HATE MAR ROXAS.
WTH is up with his irking pseudo-smile? Halata namang siya'y nasasaktan na hindi na siya ung kakandidatong president. :/ Mas lalo na sigurong nasaktan si Korina, akala niya magiging first lady na siya. haha. Ayan, excited kasi siya masyado. Hahahahhaa

I don't know how to react, to be honest. Or maybe I don't care really 'cause they're not the politicians I have in mind to be the next president in 2010 anyway. But if they think it would do their party some good, then good for them. Go lang.

Noynoy may have really good plans for the country but i don't think he has the ability to execute them. He's not president material for me.

my prediction, (and im good at this), my prediction is that at the last minute, noynoy will back out, so naturally the running vice president, which is Mar Roxas, would have to fill in. classic political maneuvering.

that way, mar roxas's popularity will be bolstered kasi may konting drama-sacrifce-chuvachuchu involved.

NOYNOY AQUINO FOR PRESIDENT? are you guys kidding me?  the plot is too obvious.

and since i predict (i told u i'm good at this).. i predict na hindi mananalo si mar roxas or si noynoy aquino next year,  in 2016 siguro they could like, make a better tactic than that, say, a fake assasination attempt against mar roxas  during campaign period or something...

i don't know. Noynoy doesn't seem like the leader we need. i like him as a person, but really, the only reasons he's running for president is because the people see him as an extension of the late Pres. Aquino, which is not reason enough.

oh well, let's just see what happens.

Ninoy and Cory were good examples of leaders for the country but that doesn't mean their children should follow... esp. Noynoy. I really don't see him as some sort of President for our country. Puh-leaseeee. Spare the poor guy from the pressure.

Noynoy Aquino for president is BS. Sa pagkakandidato pa lang, ibang tao na ang nagdedesisyon para sa kanya. ano ba yan. grow some balls man.

if Noynoy Aquino would ever run for president, he would utterly striking the hot iron too hard. Noynoy hasn't really done much. Maybe he is relatively honest, but I don't know if he would be very effective at what he does. He should make a name for himself first. People must remember that he is NOT Ninoy. And actually I'm pretty sure people will remember that. Without the experience, people around him would just use him to push their own agendas.

The opposition has to realize that they need to develop a true leader among them. If Noynoy is to be that person, then he must prove himself to the people. He must achieve something so that he can given due recognition based on his own merits instead of that of his parents. I believe that Noynoy should ran for Vice-President first before assuming the highest post in the Philippines.

Noynoy seems like a good guy, but has he done anything? He doesn't seem president material at all and the only reason he's being pressured to run is because Cory died. If Cory hadn't died no one would care about if Noynoy ran or not..
