BLACK AND WHITE THEME (in need for advices)

Guys, i really need your help.
Our acquaintance party is fast approaching and our theme is BLACK AND WHITE with semi formal dress.

My problem is im not good in this whole drama. I love fashion but I dont know how to be simple but glamarous during that night. Im super payat. hahaha. and a bit tan.

What would you suggest? How would the dress look like?what color would suit me? black, white or both? the accesories?

pls. pls. pls. I would be very happy if you'd help me.

you should wear a very well design black dress. you can go at any store that sells dresses since semi formal is the rule. don't wear tube dress if your too thin. wear off-shoulders or neckline dresses.  then accessorize it with a white stuff, a trendy necklace, then wedges is so cute if ever.

Option 2 : wear a white dress with extra details then add up a simple black vest that can give your dress more attention, and lastly your feet needs booties. a low cut booties. LOL. then add some accessories.

you can wear spaghetti black dress and a belt that matches some of your accessories or mahabang necklace na agaw pansin yung kulay pero nagmamatch sa dress huh..and a high heel sandals or stilettos..

you can also white tube dress with ruffles so that it can add weights kapag tinignan ka..okaya yung flitted tube dress para magmukhang di payat..nkakaadd kasi ng volume yung ee..tapos just play it with cuffs and earings plus wear high heels stilletos or sandals that matches the clor of your accesories or style of the dress..

but if i wear you you must wear the white dress kasi diba ang black masnakakapayat tignan..in colors kasi dark color can lessen the volume or weight of the beholder pag lighter nakakaadd ng volume..

but could not come up with the accessories.

will color red fit? i dont wanna be soo dead by the black and white lang. ill polish my nails with red. hahaha.

what styles of necklaces, bracelet, earrings will fit me?

i bought a black spaghetti dress with a little volume din. but its cloth is cotton lang.

a black dress will do then gladiator shoes with heels (white) okay din yung red ang nail polish. 

its kind of gladiator and i got it from sale sis. Ang laki ng bagsak. from 750 to 150 in REBORN. hahaha. kaya lang its silver. will it do if red accesories with parang yung not long necklace? how do you call it? haha
