required ba lahat ng students na i-interview??? kasi i really don't do good on interviews eh. i'm applying for BS psychology eh, so require ba yun? :| kabado na ako 3rd year pa lang ako!

and one last...malaki ba talaga yung impact ng high school grades? kasi mababa grades ko eh, lalo na this year!!!  sayang kasi kung bumagsak ako sa USTET dahil lang sa crappy grades ko ng HS. please help! nappressure na ako!

really? as in naka.specify talaga dun na april 7? baka pwede earlier. or later. call their office nalang and tell them about your situation. they might give you alternatives

my mom said we'd go to ust na lang personally..hayy.. i hope they'd consider my situation, if i don't get into med tech kasi, my parents will make me go to ADMU and i don't really want to..

hindi lahat ng course ay may interview. kung ang course mo ay more on dealing with others, yun ung may interview. Like tourism, hrm, nursing, pharmacy, educ. etc. ang alam kong walang interview ang psychology but call the office na lang para sure.

as for your high school grades, hindi naman makakaapekto ng malaki yun. wag lang siguro may bagsak:) syempre mapili din uste. if you do well in high school, im sure you're qualified to be thomasian:)

 Hayy.. Goodluck sa mga bagong Tomasino next school year. Sad to say, miriam na tlga siguro ako. Hayy Though Nakapasa ako sa two courses ko sa UST. Hindi daw mgnda ung kinuha kong courses dun sabi ni Daddy. Mahabang story. Haaayy.. Super love ko ang UST. Pero ganun tlga siguro. Ang mali ko, hindi ko agad narealize kung ano ang gusto kong course. Tsk! Kaya para sa lahat ng mga juniors at seniors dyan. Nako, maaga palang pagisipan nyo na kung anong gusto nyong course.

I took the test last Dec. 6. Grabe. SOBRANG dami ng tao. Di ko expected yun. Wala akong naging friend, kasi lahat sila tahimik na nakaupo na nung pumasok ako. Nakakatakot mag-isa. Di ako sanay ng walang kasama XD Sobrang nakaka-op. Pero ayos lang.

Anyway, ang result ay.. Failed ako sa two courses na in-applyan ko. Ayun, nawalan na ko ng pag-asa. Sayang. Di ako makakapasok sa dream school ko. And just this month, I checked my result online. Academic Placement pala ko. I thought School Referral lang nakuha ko, sa Letran. Ang offered courses ay Applied Physics, College of Education and etc. Ang choice ko ngayon ay kunin ang SPED and mag-shift nalang after a sem or a year. Pero kung hindi pwede, itutuloy ko ang SPED. Mukang maganda naman..

For interview pa ko. So sana pumasa ako. Sa April 10 daw ako bumalik dun.. Gusto ko talaga maging Tomasian.. And kung may chance, I'll apply for athletic scholarship, volleyball. 5'8 naman na ko, and I'm just 16. Hehe. Na-share lang. Anyway, sana mag-kita kita tayo:)

awwww, that's too bad. anong course ba kinuha mo sa Miriam? and i agree, dapat maaga palang nagpplan na. i'm in 3rd year high school right now and sobrang nappressure na ako sa college life. pero mas okay na siya kaysa mataranta ka pa when you reach 4th year.

High school grades aren't required when applying for UST college admission.

really? pero kailangang ibigay yung high school grades before ka mag-test diba? sorry, di ko nabasa yung requirements eh.

waiting list din ako sa Tourism. 2nd choice ko yun. san ka mag eenroll? sa 1st or second choice mo?

Hey guys, i took the USTET last August and I wasn't able to reach the cut-off scores of my first choice, HRM. I was wait-listed in Tourism Management and I don't know if I still have a chance to be admitted in UST. Wala kasing report date ang mga 2ND CHOICE passers and wait-listed applicants. Ang sabi "Tourism Management 2nd choice passers and waitlisted applicants will only be entertained depending on the slots available." Advice naman guys kung ano dapat kong gawin. Kung gagawa ba ako ng reconsideration letter or what. I really need your help. Sa UST ko lang kasi gusto mag college. :|

Yeah I think Sped is a good program to consider, but if you are just taking this for the sake of getting in the school, that would be a tough call. Well for one, it is a difficult course there's a lot of memorization and analytical learning. You may learn to like Sped naman, actually marami nga gumagawa non, they take up sped to get in the school but most of the time, they only last 1 semester its either sobrang hirap o hindi nila linya ang maging patient, pero meron rin namang nagiging successful. Good luck for your interview!
