You can find lots of these in Baclaran. With prices that range from 200+ and above. That's the cheaper way to get a nice high-waist skirt. In fairness, pwede mo pang tawaran yun. Haha. You can pair it up with a simple white tee or a collared blouse. I do it all the time. =)
