PROBLEM: Insomnia

Guys. May alam ba kayo kung ano pwedeng gawin para mawala yung insomnia? Di na nakakatuwa e. Kahit gusto ko nang matulog nang maaga di ko magawa. Lalo na malapit na pasukan. Naku. Lalo pa akong mapupuyat nyan. Tips naman para mawala na insomnia ko. Salamat sa inyo. :D

oh ganyan din ako  :) yung parents ko super nagwoworry,kya pinacheckup nila ako,well my doctor said, na uminom kah daw ng benadril,kc pampaantok daw yun,pero hindi yun sleeping fills,,well effective naman siya,,,dati mga around 7 or 8 am aq nakakatulog pero when i started to take benadril mga 12 to 1 mn na ako nakakatulog,you better try it to! ;)

Haha, weird nga 'yung classmate ko. Inadvise ba naman sa akin na huwag akong matulog ng ilang days para sa isang araw, bigla na lang ako babagsak at matulog. :P

ako mga sis, wala naman akong Insomnia, pero hindi ko kasi alam kung saan ko 'to pwede i-post..  :D ayun.. lagi akong nagigising ng madaling araw.. these past few days, lagi talaga, tapos ang tagal bago ako makatulog ulit.. saka pag sa hapon, kahit inaantok na ako hindi na ako makatulog.. e dati naman sobrang antukin ko.. pwede ko rin kayang itake ung benadril? haha

try ka ng supplements sis to help u get rid of the insomnia like we have essentials..maganda un =) effective

You need to prepare to sleep. No caffeinated beverages at night. No TV, computer or video games for at least 30 minutes prior to bed.

Ngyari madin saakin yan lalo na pag sobrang dami report tapos yung class ko gabi ang sched. May factor kasi pag pre occupied mind natin. So what i did is pinuyat ko sarili ko tapos relex ko mind ko para makatulog ako till mag normalize yung sleeping time ko.

Eto rin problem ko! I've been overthinking things as in! Kaya di ako makatulog. I've tried to relax na but still! :[ So difficult!

parehas tayo sis na gigising din ako ng madaling araw tapos  hirap na ulit ako gumawa ng tulog :(... titry ko na yung benadril effective siya

Try to wake up at 6am or 5am kahit anong oras kayo makatulog.
That way,aantukin kayo ng maaga.
Nagkaganito na din ako dati,ang ginawa ko,nagbasa ako ng book hnaggang mapagod mata at isip ko.ayun nkakatulog na ko sa oras.

When I was in college, super insomnia din because of the erratic schedule ng class, nursing course by the way. I've heard it'll take you like 2 weeks to set your biological clock. In my ADR, I don't have the time. So what I did was to take Benadryl, a antihistamine. But rarely. Sometimes, u go to bed early din and before that, a warm milk would do :)

^yung friend ko kasi meh insomia din e..

andami dami na nya natry na way para makatulong agad..milk,tea bsta lahat lahat na..heheheh..wala na ba iba way?

insomnia remedies:

take a warm bath.
get a massage.
listen to music.
drink warm milk.
drink herb tea.
