It's only 129.75 sis.  :) I've seen elf stalls in SM Megamall, Robinson's Galleria, and Trinoma. Check their site nalang for more branches: eyeslipsface.ph

Try a neutral colour for the eyes, clear mascara and something matte for the lips. Back in high school, we weren't allowed to wear make-up at all, except for lip balm of course. I used to just put lip tint and no one even noticed.

The first thing that you should keep in mind is the skin. Skin is the most beautiful make up of all. And then you can enhance it by fixing your brows, it is the one who actually shapes your face. :) You can also put natural eye shadow colors on your eyes, blush on to give color and then you will end by putting lipbalm before lip gloss. You can also use curlers and mascara for your lashes :D

Do not overdo makeup. The fresh no-makeup look is always tops especially if you still go to school. Just show your natural beauty  :)

Little blush tin and gloss will do. To hide blemishes and discoloration, you can try mineral makeup.

Back in highschool, I only use J&J's baby powder. Then I put lip balm with no color. Bawal na bawal talaga sa amin. However, in college I do natural make ups kasi hindi naman ako nasanay ng makapal ang make up.

I hope this helps. Choose powder/concealer (Cover girl loose powder minerals) shades that will look natural on your skin. Then I usually brush my lips to exfoliate them with sugar and adding lip balm and squint of tint that is more closely to the shade of my lips. Preferably, nude or heavenly disque (covergirl lipstick or lip color). You don't need too much foundation and liners. That's what you want to look, more natural.

I suggest kung for school keep it light and natural. Use the basics. Cheek tint (as much as possible blend it well para mas natural) then pressed powder with the very same shade sa skin mo para di halata (if not acidic). I love the majolica majorca skin remaker pore cover pressed powder mejo makapal coverage but pag nilagay almost natural kasi the finish is sheer and it last! then just dash a bit of rice powder on your tzone to avoid oily face then lipbalm ng maybelline na babylips color. ang ganda sa lips and natural yung kulay nya parang wala ka nilagay :) sa mascara, I found this amazing way to apply mascara,  super natural ang effect. heres the link: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=8w-B-_7q6NI
Hope this helps :D

Use makeup that has the same shade to your skin so it will look natural. But if your school didn't allow it then just use face powder, lip gloss and blush on.

BB Cream! Mukha lang siyang natural. It actually just even outs the skin. And then use loose powder para mag-set siya and it will look natural lang. And then sa lips naman I don't like using lipstick din so I just use a tinted lip balm like yung lip ice kasi it looks more natural. Or pwede rin yung lip tint ng Face Shop na "My lips eat Cherry". I've tried it recently and it looks great! I want to buy nga eh :)
