The truth I don`t have exactly a perfect family. My mom has anxiety. Not the kind that easily controlled by pills. And my dad is a workaholic, and when I say workaholic.. HE REALLY IS. Minsan nga di na siya umuuwi. And my sister has a Cyanotic Chronic Heat Disease and unfortunately, it`s an incurable heart disease anytime soon pwede siyang mamatay. What I`m glad about kahit I`m trying to be PERFECT as possible, ate understands kung bakit ko ginagawa yun.
End of a pointless drama.
I immediately ran to the bathroom para maligo at mag-ayos. Then namili ako ng susuotin ko for the first day of my college year.
“Page~!Faster you`re getting late.” I faintly hear my mom calling me downstairs. Kinuha ko na yung bag ko at tumakbo pababa.
“Love the pants, I hate the belt.” she said while eyeing my outfit for the day. I`m 16 and I shouldn`t be listening to my mom. Pero ganun na talaga siya and I can`t change it.
“Good morning too, mom.” sabi ko na lang sa kaniya after giving her a peck on the cheeks tapos lumabas sa garden para makita ang ate ko. My ate is 4 years ahead of me,meaning she`s already 20.
“Good morning ate.” sabi ko habang umupo sa tabi niya.
“Masaya naman siyang nagising kanina… Kaya pagkagising na pagkagising niya, pinunta ko na siya sa favorite place niya.” Sabi ni ate Josie, ang caretaker niya.
“Thanks sa pag-aalaga sa kapatid ko ha?” sabi ko sa kaniya habang pinupunasan yung mukha ng ate ko with a tissue. Hindi na kasi gaanong nakakagalaw si ate that`s why she needed a caretaker and at the same time a wheelchair.
“Page!~Ano ba?!You`re still not going to school?Past seven na ah?!” sigaw ng mom ko sa akin.Napakamot na lang ako ng ulo. I hugged my sister and kissed her on the forehead.
“It`s the first day of school.Wish me luck.” Tas napansin kong nadumihan yung damit ko. O.O
sabi ko. Kumalas rin ako after hugging her I heard my mom gasped.
“What`s with the stain?” nung tinignan ko yung tee ko, ketchup.. Sheeet.
Tinignan lang ako ni ate tapos she was like saying
sorry-sis-I-didn`t-mean-to-do-that.“Don`t worry.It`s no big deal.” sabi ko sa kaniya. pero deep inside of me, I know it screwed up my ‘perfect’ look.
“Page,umakyat ka na at magpalit.” agad naman akong sumunod sa kaniya, after changing I checked my watch and it`s already 7:30 am.
Pagbaba ko dumaan ulit ako sa kanila.
“Ate Josie,kayo na po bahala sa kaniya.Alright?” tumango siya sa akin.I waved goodbye to my dear sis as she gave me her lopsided smile. I love that smile.
Lumabas na ako tapos pumasok sa loob ng kotse.Pagpasok ko, I immediately dialed Janice’s number.
“Hello?”
“Nasan ka na?” tanong ko habang nakatingin sa side window.
“Nandito na ako sa school.” Janice is my best friend and every first day of school lagi kaming sabay.. Ngayon lang ata hindi..
“Geez.” sabi ko.Tumawa lang siya tapos nag-sorry.
“Sorry.”“Fine.” best friend eh kaya forgiven kaagad.
“And the class is going on.Adviser natin si Mrs.Dartin.” shi.t.I`m doomed.. I`m laaaate tapos si Mrs. Dartin pa adviser namin! T____T I ended the call kaagad.
Ano bang nangyayari? Minamalas ata ako ngayon ah!~

Pagdating na pagdating sa harap ng university, lumabas na kaagad ako at nagtatakbo wala na ring students dahil ongoing na nga ung klase according to Janice.
“Ouuuch.” sabi ko nung naramdaman kong hindi balance yung pagtayo ko.. Turned out, naputol yung heels ng peep toe ko.. What the heck? Minamalas talaga ako ngayon.
After 10000000000 years nakarating na ako sa classroom.. Before knocking the door, pinunasan ko kaagad yung pawis ko using my handkerchief, tapos I checked my reflection sa small mirror ko at siyempre nag-ayos pa ako.
Napansin ko na lang na yung gamit kong mirror eh meron ding lalake. Yung reflection niya. I turned around to see him, at nagkatinginan kami.At tinaasan niya ako ng kilay as he opened the door. Antipatikong lalake yun. Tsss.. Unfortunately, siya lang naman ang katatakot-takot na Young Bloods gang member.
Binalik ko na rin yung small mirror sa bag ko tapos sumunod sa kaniya.. Pagpasok na pagpasok ko lahat ng attention na sa
akin..
I mean sa amin. No way!~ Don`t you ever dare to think na we`re going out.!!!Alright??
“Good morning to both of you.” bati ni Mrs. Dartin sa amin, [terror teacher] tapos kinuha niyo yung attendance record at hinanap yung names namin?

“Miss Page Cheska Gomez and Mister Aaran Jin Yamazaki.” What the heck! Hinanap ko kaagad si Janice pero she`s busy talking to her seatmate. Hindi man lang niya ako namalayan. Malamang kung sabay kami ngayon sigurado hindi ito mangyayari.
“Call me Jin.”“Alright.Jin..And please take off that bandanna.I have a zero tolerance policy in my class.No gang-related accessories are allowed to enter this room.Unfortunately, Jin, your reputation precedes you. Dr. Aguirre backs my zero tolerance policy one hundred percent . . . do I make myself clear?”Jin stares her down before sliding the bandanna off his head, exposing perfect hair that matches his eyes.
“I`ll introduce myself to both of you since both of you are late.” naku,kung pwede ko lang sabihin hindi na kelangan dahil kilala na naming siya bilang isang terror teacher.
“I`m Mrs. Adelae Dartin, your Chemistry teacher.Kanina lang naka-assign na ako ng mga partners ng iba niyong kaklase.And because the two of you are obviously late.Miss Gomez,you will be paired up with Mr. Yamazaki.”Oh my God. Jin . . . my chemistry partner? For my entire freshman college year?! No way, no how, SO not okay.
