Yeah right! Tama talagang mag exercise tayo to lose weight. :D There's no other reason to lose wight no. Instead, mag exercis and don't eat fatty foods. So, sino sa inyo gusto sumama sakin mag gym or pumunta ng Sports Center every morning? :))

Haha. Simple exercises will do naman. A 30-minute jog in the morning is good. Jumping jacks and curl ups as well :)

Before I went the semi healthy and semi life threatening way. At first  I was hooked with smoking cause I thought that would make me slim then I do yoga for 20-30 mins. Yoga did helped me to lose a couple of inches. However, when I was really desperate because of some wrong reasons, I took BP while hitting the gym. I loose 20 lbs, I was feeling sexy. Then when I started to let go of the BP, I gained back what I lost now.


Now I'm trying to remove my rice and do zumba and crunches. Try Zumba, you'll enjoy while sweating.

Sabi nga ni Idol Hazel Chua, dapat daw see to it na you sweat everyday. I recommend Jillian Michael's 30 Day shred for starters! Gow Pak Boom!

Proper diet and exercise. I just began going to the gym last week, I can't feel any changes as of now but hopefully in the comings days, I will. I am trimming down my food intake, as in less lahat, trying not to eat rice especially during evening.

having a well-balanced and healthy diet and getting the right exercise. try to avoid rice. personally, when i crave for rice, i grab a sandwich from tsg instead. basta generally, keeping a healthy lifestyle and eating healthy and in moderation, and of course, exercise!

This is my BIG problem too. I gained 8 kilos nung Summer. Nahirapan na akong bumalik sa dati kong weight. Pahingi ng tips. 53 in. height ko, tapos 63 yung weight ko. Lagi na nga akong nababaon sa tukso. :-[ HELP PLEASE

I used to be fat so I what I did was I drink a lot of water so I'll not feel hungry all the time then intense workout/exercise and in 2 months I already lost 27 lbs.   8)  8)

I noticed na if I drink lots of water my tummy looks flatter when I wake up the next day. I don't know why pero my tummy looks more sculpted. ;D
