grabe ang hirap nung mataba pa ako. kasi may scoliosis ako. kaya i need to lose weight nga daw sabi ng doctor ko. buti naman namayat na ako. . . una talagang hirap na hirap ako.  :-[

I am almost 5'7" tall. And I promise you, you won't wanna know my weight. Basta it's 100+.

Saan ba available ang sauna suits?

And, how could you lose weight by sleeping a lot? I did some backreading and saw some posts saying sleeping a lot really helps.

Mag jogging ka at least 2 times a week. Ginagawa naman ng cousin ko, naghuhula hoop siya for 15-30 minutes everyday. Patience and discipline ang kailangan. :)

do 15-30 mins exercise everyday after a morning jog then no rice at dinner. It works ;)
