help? i gained weight this summer. and i want to lose weight again :| i want to be back at my old weight. i've tried eating less it worked but my tummy is still big.

nagbawas na ko ng food in take ko. i lost weight na and back to my old weight. pero ang lcky pa din ng tummy ko. sabi ng dad ko. i should excercise. pero he won't let me go out of the house. weird eh?

ano ba ang weight and height mo? and ilang pounds ang nagain mo?

depende kasi kung gaano kalaki yung nagain eh,,

laki ng tummy? problem ko rin yan e.. payat naman ako pero laki tummy.. sabi nila cardio pa rin daw.. fats kasi yun and para mawala yun kelangang ng cardio exercises.. kung sit ips or crunches lang hindi daw simply mawawala yung fats, magfoform ng muscle pero andun pa din yung fats kaya cardio + sit-ups or crunches 

there's no easy way talaga.. siguro surgery pero that's for those who can afford lang.. hehe.

Proper diet, daily exercise, lots of sleep, lots of water.. avoid fatty foods, midnight snacks are no no, and in between meals.. and BAM in just a few weeks you'll lose fat.. another thing also is to eat dinner before 6pm.. so your body will have enough time to burn when you're asleep..

sis super discipline ang kailangan mo dito.. uhm since ayaw ka naman palabasin ng dad mo, pwede ka din magwork out sa bahay.. you can do jump ropes.. nakakapayat talaga siya.. tried and tested by me and pigil sa food..

nope. di naman sya yung nalolose talaga yung fats ee. parang suplement lang sya para di ka magutom palagi..parang pinapabagal lang nia yung digestion mo. yung FERN-C rin kasi yung gumawa nun aa.mga herbal ever talaga sya. ayun, mjo effective naman((:
