Insomnia

Last semester, my schedule was all in the afternoon, from 1pm-6pm. I got used at sleeping late and waking up late. All the more when summer vacation started. I would sleep at 3/4am, wake up at 8am then it would be extremely difficult to get back to sleep. When I eventually do, I wake up at 1pm, the latest.

Have you experienced the same scenario? What do you do to remedy it?

.im experiencing insomnia na ata ee...yep it took me so long to have my nap or sleep..like kagabi..i mga 4 am nako nakatulog..usually mga around 2-3 ako nakakatulog ng madaling araw..then magigicing ako ng late as 10-11 am..not enough..huhu..my remedy on it??..take a sleeping pills i try the litec(actually its a vitamins daw)but the effect is aantukin ka..i took it around 10 pm tpos dinalaw ako ng antok mga 1 am nadin..tapos nagicng ako ng 10:30 then mga 12 noon nakatulog ulit ako..haha..another one is milk..i drink milk everynight na..pero di padin ganun tumatalab..ang hirap ng ganito no..hahah..kainis..

With pills kasi natatakot ako baka may side effects. How long have you been taking these pills?

.actually sis i just took it once lang..sabi ko kasi sa mama ko nahihirapan akong matulog so ano pwede kon intake na gamot..she gave me LITEC(vitamin)..ayun..kaya di ku din talga alam kung remedy nga siya..kasi one time ko lang nainom..sorry sis aa..ngayon lang din kasi ako nagkainsomnia ee..

I have terrible insomnia. What I do is I just watch TV or read something until my eyes get tired. If it doesn't work, try working out :D I get tired from that so bagsak talaga :D
another day, just breathe.

try melatonin / st. john's worth. these are available at health stores in malls.

I hate insomia. Kagabi, nakahiga na ko ng 1 am pero nakatulog ako ng mga 2 am na tapos nagising ako ng mga 6 am tapos, sinubukan kong matulog ulit, wala na, hindi na ko makatulog.

Me, too. Lalo na pag summer. Madalas 6 am na ako nakakatulog. Tapos gigising ng 12 noon na. Grabe. Ang abnormal.

well. i think i have also experienced it.. its also because of the school stuffs that i used to deal with before..

what i did?

i went to see my doctor, and he gave me prescription meds for 3 days, then after that everything went back to normal, and i tried to manage my time of sleep so as for it not to happen again :D

parang may insomnia na rin yata ako... nahihirapan ako matulog kahit na inaantok na 'ko... but when i sleep at like 2am, i wake up at 1pm na...
pero i could still wake up at 6am if i need to, so mapupuyat ako at aantukin, pero mahirap pa rin matulog.
i try to go to bed but it will take me a long time before i could really sleep.

Graveh, i think mga 2-3 na hinde parin ako tulog. Tapos ggcing ng mga 10-12 pm.
