the most exotic food you have eaten?

Well "exotic" differs from culture to culture...

For Filipinos, the following aren't exotic but others find them "bizarre":
The ones I like: escargot / snail (I've had them the Filipino and the French way and I like both), dinuguan, tripe and chicken feet.
The ones I don't like: pig brains, balut, frog legs (same texture as chicken but more fishy).

And some weird (they're not all exotic but out of the ordinary for sure) non-Filipino food I've had:
Bacon cupcake. I just had that recently.
Blutwurst - blood sausage
Century egg
Carpaccio - thinly sliced raw beef
