How can you tell someone who is actually from somewhere else than someone who is in the pinas but just speaks english?

Born sa cebu but was raised dito, came here when I was 1years old :)
Pero, my parents always talk to me in bisaya and I pick up tagalog from my parent's friends.

What I notice from filipinos who live in pinas is that they tend to speak in proper english. yun lang. but other than that, I can barely notice the difference ;D

parang kakaiba pa rin ang nasa ibang bansa..
they use uncommon words.. while Filipinos in the Pinas
commonly use just common words..!
