Do you buy your own books or do your parents pay for them?

i'm just curious.

kasi ako the money may come from my mom pero ako yung nagsasave para makabili ng libro. kasi nagagalit siya sa akin mom ko kapag nagpapabili ako ng book. kailangan ko pa magmakaawa na bilhan niya ako kapag may nakita akong libro. kasi kapag minsan wala akong nasasave na money kasi nga walang allowance. kapag summer or sem break. kinukumbinsi ko pa siya ng isang oras para lang bilan niya ako ng book at utang pa yun ha. palagi niyang sinasabi ang mahal naman niyan. saan ba tungkol yan? bakit mo bibilin? anong gagawin mo ba diyan? kaya nagiipon ako palagi to buy my own books. (books na for leisure ha hindi text books. i'm just saying. )

depends. if i go to the bookstore with them, they SHALL pay for it. haha. if i'm just alone or with my friends, then i'll pay.

Haha! They usually pay for it. If not them, maybe my sister.

That depends. If the book's like P500+, an elder pays for it. Not necessarily my parents. If it's just P300 below, I pay for it na. They train us to manage our money eh.

My parents would only buy me books I need for school. But, they would if there's an event and they'll buy it for me as a gift. Otherwise, I share the bill with my sister since we usually share books.

i'm not a bookworm, so the only reason i buy books is for school. so my rents pay for them =]

kung kasama ko sila sa bookstore, sila ung nagbabayad. pero kung mag-isa ko lang, ako mismo.

i pay for some of my books, especially the one's im waiting to buy. pero, some i ask money from my dad... hahaha.. lalo na pag kasama ko siya sa mall..

Sometimes I buy my own. But when they are around, they pay for it. xD

academic related, parents.. leisure, i pay for them myself.. before, my mom would buy a new book of one of favorite authors as pasalubong during her business trips.. i miss those days.. hehe

If I can afford it or if I have enough money, then I'd buy it with my own money. There are some instances, that I'm in a bookstore with them, and I don't have the money yet but I really REALLY wanna read it, then I'll beg them to buy it for me.

I buy book with my own money. Hmm. Since allowance ko naman galing din sa kanila, siguro, logically, sila na din ang bumibili.
